Welcome to Pokemon Kanto Version. This version is a “master” version, of some sorts, which is
basically the last calling, giving all what this region has got to give before leaving. It's hard to explain.
For trainer data, here are the things that are omitted:
-Natures
-EVs
-Their placement (It's hard to pinpoint, so I had to go with my own imagination of where they'd be
placed)
-Their IVs (They're all perfect IVs unless Hidden Power (HP) says otherwise. By the same token, HP's
power is 70 unless stated otherwise).
Pallet Town:
You pick one starter from Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Your rival picks one, and leaves off.
Prof. Oak will talk to you, you get into the grass, and then your rival will appear with his starter being
at level 6 instead of level 5. Oh, and there are no Pokemon to fish for once you get a rod.
Route 1:
There are no trainers, but the same Poke'Mart guy will appear.
Grass:
Pidgey – Level 2-5 – 50%
Rattata – Level 2-5 – 50%
Viridian City:
Not much has changed. We'll come back for the 8th gym, though.
Fishing:

Seaking – 25 – 35 – 20%
There is a move tutor, but he will teach Hypnosis instead of Dream Eater, since Dream Eater has
become a TM. The first time you talk to him, however, he'll give you the TM. After that, he'll teach
hypnosis to one of your Pokemon.
Route 22:
The Wild data may have some changes. The optional Rival battle, however, is going to be changed
quite a bit. Oh, and the rematch team here? It's moved to Route 23, at the entrance of Victory Road.

Right here, we have something new. There are now more advanced trainers; they have a full team,
often have decent AI, at least, and they can use items. Not all new trainers will be advanced, nor will
all advanced trainers be new. Most of the time, the music played is Raikou's Theme, but certain
trainers will have Suicune's or Entei's themes played instead. The one exception is Victory Road, but
I'll let you know what it is later. The next one existed, but has become an advanced trainer. Prepare
yourself. XD
Hey, stop! I found these fossils first! They're both mine! You want them? Very well!!!

Cerulean City:
Wow, quite a bit we've gone through so far, haven't we? Anyhow, remember that house in Yellow
where a girl will give you a Bulbasaur? Well, the same person will appear, except this time, she'll give
you the starter that's weak to the starter you chose at level 12. There's also a move tutor that can teach
you Toxic Spikes.
New to Cerulean City is the Trainer Factory. Here, you can create your own trainers, but with some
restrictions. To unlock the rest of the data, you have to battle other trainers and record their data. The
trainers you fought before is already recorded for you. The music that plays in the lobby and such is
Vivi's Theme from Final Fantasy IX.
Anyway...

Quite a bit for you to do. First, you can still get the Eevee, which is at level 20. Outside of the Gym
you can find TM19, Giga Drain. Erika will give you a new TM like Surge. The store hasn't changed
much, except for the TMs. In addition to the old ones, the new ones are added and are as follows:
TM87
TM78
TM20
TM28
TM76
TM55
TM72
TM79
TM90
TM68
All of them cost 2000 Pokedollars, except for TM68, which costs the same as TM15, so don't fret. The
girl is there as well, except now she doesn't give the TMs only once now. For every specific drink you
give her, you can get either Light Screen, Safeguard, or Reflect, and you can do this for as much as you
need.
Also, assuming the Game Corner doesn't get drastically changed, the prizes are the same as they were
in FL/LG, except the prices for the Pokemon are...
Abra – 150 Coins
Clefairy – 500 Coins
Dratini – 3000 Coins
Scyther – 5000 Coins
Pinsir – 5000 Coins
Porygon – 9999 Coins
Also, TMs 29 (Psychic) and 52 (Focus Blast) will join the other TMs for the same price.
!
Hey there, -name-!
Yep, the rival has been relocated to here. Since this is a drastic change, new dialogue will be in place,
although I'll do my best...>_<
Didn't expect to see you here! What are ya here for? Look at all these games. I can get some sweet
prizes to flatten the road to being the greatest trainer. Just now, I got a Dratini! I've also done some
significant training and searching, unlike you. Huh? Your Pokemon aren't dead? I thought they were
considering I saw you in Lavender. Oh well, at least they can still faint! Let's go!

Hey, you know what I managed to catch back at Pokemon Tower? A Cubone! I was looking for some
Marowaks, but nope. They must be all dead! Huh? You can't get in? A Rocket? HAH! Don't make
me laugh. He wasn't there when I was. Anyhow, I got places to go, and you apparently don't. Smell ya
later!
Then your rival leaves. If you beat him, he'll give you TM 19 (Giga Drain) Anyhow, you can still
tackle the Gym here, so let's get to it.

You'll notice that Blaine has a Rhydon. For ****s and giggles, I'm making a shout-out to that anime
episode and make it so that if a Pikachu uses Thunderbolt on Rhydon, instead of the usual, where it
says it doesn't affect it, it will say “It aimed for the horn!” Rhydon will blink several times, more so on
the horn portion, and Rhydon's HP will automatically drop down to zero after that, saying “It's Super
Effective!”, even though it normally isn't.
After that, you'll meet Bill outside, who, you guessed it, wants to take you to the Sevii Islands.
However, there's something you can do if you delay his request. If you go back to his house, you'll
notice that he isn't there. Instead, there's an opening that wasn't there before. Enter it, and you'll find a
secret garden, where you can catch wild Bulbasaurs, all at level 5. This is only if you delay his request.
After that, you can't go back, as you'll be forced to be in the islands until it's resolved, and Bill will go
back, thus removing the entrance. So use it well!
Also, I'd like to cover Route 21 before we go, so that I don't forget about it. Well, let's get to it!

slighty, with certain spots spouting fire upwards. Once you reach the end, you'll find your rival waiting
for you. He hasn't changed much, really.

Victory Road:
Wow, Victory Road. I can't believe we made it this far. Well, there are a few things to note. First of
all, I was debating whether or not to change the area, but I've decided to keep it where it is. Second,
the music used here is Melty Monster Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy 2. The music will play even if
you get in a battle or seen and fought by a trainer. Third, like Route 23, there'll be random spouts of
fire all over the place. There's even lava! Lastly, every, single trainer here is an Advanced Trainer.
GAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!! You better be ready for it! Here it comes! VICTORY
ROOOAAAAAAAAAAD!!!!!

Admittedly, the fight with the Champion will be a little disappointing. I mean, back at the Pokemon
Mansion, his team was about as good as I could possible get for him. Of course, there were some
improvements to be had, but still.
Anyhow, Prof. Oak comes up, and says the usual speech up to saying that your connection with your
team was marvelous.
However..........
Now, there were trainers whose legacies are to behold. All trainers strive to be the best, don't they?
And every trainer has their share of obstacles and surprises. So that's why I'm still here, -name-. I
want to see your battle ability in person. I want to see how far you've become! This is where you'll
either rise or fall! -name-.....
It's over. Isn't it? You've proven your worth, -name-. I now declare you the official Pokemon League
Champion!
Alas, -Name-. That was a fight to remember for life! I must say, your power and love for your
Pokemon is sincere. I can sense it now, now that I've faced you. Please, come with me. You deserve
your reward.
Then Oak will lead you to the room, and deliver the same speech. You see the Hall of Fame, and then
the credits roll. If it's different, then I won't say it here. Whatever the case, you've made it. It's the
end.
***
You appear in Pallet Town, in front of the door of your house. Prof. Oak comes, and checks if you
caught 60 Pokemon. If you do, Prof. Oak will take you to his lab, and your rival will come as well. As
Prof. Oak mentions new Pokemon in faraway lands, he will upgrade both yours and your rival's (yes,
he's here) pokedexs to National Level. However, unlike last time, Prof. Oak said that he found an area
with a few of these new Pokemon. So he goes to this teleporter that his friend (Prof. Elm) made for
him that takes you to a secret area. Just make sure to get some Pokeballs before you head in there.
New Forest:
This is just one 20x20 tile area with a teleporter in the lower left, a 18x18 grass in the middle, and a
small pond in the middle. This is where you'll find just a few of the new Jhoto Pokemon. They are
very low-leveled, though, so be careful. Oh yeah, Flower Garden from Yoshi's Island plays here.

When you get back, your rival will leave, and Oak will be reminded of the last battle he had with you,
and he'll give you the same Mew he had as an additional reward. Pretty sweet, isn't it? He also got a
basket from the same friend with three new Pokemon. Here, you can pick between Chikorita,
Cyndaquil, or Totodile.
Oh yeah, the Legendary Beasts will start running around. However, it'll be a little different. First of
all, you can catch all 3 beasts regardless of the starter you chose. However, where they roam is
different. Raikou roams in Kanto, while Suicune roams between the Sevii Islands. Entei, however,
will roam in Booret, so if you want him, that's not gonna be for a while.
Now, let's head back to One Island!
One Island:
When you get there, Celio will inform you of a new machine that he's working on to connect to distant
lands. He needs the Ruby and the Sapphire. The Ruby is at Mt. Ember. So let's head there.
Mt. Ember:
Remember those 2 rockets? Well, talk to them, they'll accidentally reveal one of the passwords, and
you're thrown in a double battle.

At the bottom, you'll find not only the Ruby, but also TM 61 (Will-o-Wisp) at the bottom middle) and a
pillar that has an Orb with it. Each island has one of these (except for Six Island, which has 2), and
only one can be turned on at a time. They can only be turned on once you get the National Pokedex,
though. What they do is they change what Pokemon appear in Six island's Altering Cave. This one, for
example, activates Houndours.
Speaking of which, let's head back to Two Island. But make sure you get the Rainbow Pass from Celio
first after returning the Ruby.
Two Island:
You probably noticed a pillar before. Activate it, and you'll unlock Stantlers in Altering Cave.
Now to Three Island!
Three Island:
Well, go to Three Island Path, and you'll find that it's complete. The miner will give you a nugget, and
outside.....
Wild Data:
Dunsparce – 20-40 – 100%
Also, you'll find a mysterious trainer there who's taking a break from something. He'll notice you, and
then he'll signal a request for a challenge.
This trainer seems abnormal. Looks like he's taking a break from something. Hmm? His name's
Wes...oh, he wants a challenge? Should I accept it?
Go to Berry Forest, and the patch of Grass where you found Lostelle (and Hypno), and you'll find the
3rd pillar. It's activation will make Aipoms appear in Altering Cave.
Now that all that is done, let's head out...TO FOUR ISLAND!!!
Four Island:
Here is Four/Floe Island! Well, what do we have here? Day Care, a Move Tutor that teaches Body
Slam, and 2 significant houses (Braggart's and Lorelei's). Anyhow, there's water next to Icefall Cave,
so let's see what's inside. But first, next to the entrance, you'll find TM55 (Brine).

of wild Pokemon, so let's get on with it!

Once you get Waterfall, you can go up, and in the top-right corner, you'll find a White Herb. Anyhow,
go to the back, cave, and you'll fine Lorelei there with 3 Rockets. You'll need to help her stop the
Rockets from poaching the Pokemon.
After you defeat him, Lorelei will demand for what happened to the poached. The Rocket being asked
refuses. But then Lorelei threatens to have her Lapras use Ice Beam on the Rockets. They prepare
when the same rocket goes:
Okay! I'll tell-
But unlike last time, it's too late. Lapras comes out and uses Ice Beam on the 2 Rockets and they get
blasted to the other wall, while their frozen states drop down into the water. The 3rd Rocket you just
fought then explains where the poached are, then runs off. After that, Lorelei explains all this stuff that
was mentioned in previous versions, and gives you TM66 (Payback) as gratitude. Then she leaves.

the Altering Cave. This one activates Teddiursas.

will appear when you surf nor fish. For now, let's head to the Five Island Meadow.

bottom end of the island where the 3 Bird brothers are.
At the island with the actual pillar, there's two new things there. In the bottom left corner, there's TM54
(False Swipe), and in the upper-left, a pillar for the activation of Mareep in the Altering Cave.

Well, a labyrinth? Yeah, right. At the end, there's the same man that'll give you a Togepic Egg
provided you have the space for it. The Breeder is changed a bit: You can only face her if you only
have 1st stage Pokemon on your team. If you don't, she won't battle you. Why is this?

What am I doing here? I came here for strange occurrences in this cave. But I in the mood for a battle
right now. Since you're a trainer, how about it?
Then he flies away, leaving behind a Pokeball containing the Lv.5 Jhoto starter that's strong against

When you get to the Dotted Hole, behind it is a pillar that will activate Smeargle in Altering Cave, as
well as TM 71 (Stone Edge).
Dotted Hole:
Not much to say, really. Just go down the proper way (there's no random encounter) and you'll find the
Sapphire, only to have someone else grab it before you do. He'll tell you the 2nd password to the
Rocket Warehouse. Now with both passwords in hand, we can go back to Five Island and infiltrate-I
mean enter the warehouse. But first, see that hole where the sapphire once was (Just roll with it)?
Enter it, and you'll find yourself in a cave with lava and Lv.5 Cyndaquils. Go up the ladder to get out,
but you won't be coming back here again.
Rocket Warehouse:
Oh man, 5 rockets. And a pretty decent maze. As well as Fear Factory from Donkey Kong Country.
That pearl that used to be here? That's now TM67 (Recycle). Anyhow, let's get on with the rockets!

Ever wondered where the last 2 admins were? Here they are, in their advanced glory! XD
You better heal up as she suggests once you beat her to reversing the arrows, because we got a big
battle coming up.
That's enough of your childish games, you little twerp. Look at you, spreading rumors and lies about
Giovanni disbanding Team Rocket for good. This is an attempt to put all of Team Rocket into chaos
and disarray, isn't it? Well, I've had enough of it. It's time to put an end to this, you little brat. For
what you've done not only to me, but all of the other admins and the rest of Team Rocket, I am going to

Afterwards, he'll give you not only the Sapphire, but also TM 91 (Flash Cannon). Anyhow, go back to
Celio, and he'll insert the Sapphire in, and will finally connect to Hoenn. Yippie! But our Sevii Island
quest doesn't stop here. We still have Seven Island to visit, and, unlike last time, he'll give you the
Naval Ticket. This will take you to, guess where, NAVAL ROCK! Yep, you'll finally be able to access
Naval Rock and catch both Lugia and Ho-oh there. But first, we got Seven Island to go over. Let's go!
Seven Island:
Well, here we are, the final main island of the chain. Seven/Quest Island. There's two ways we can go.
First is up, and down. The guy that teaches Swords Dance now gives you the TM for it. Anyhow, let's
go up, for now.
Trainer Tower:
The two psychics that were once there are gone, and here lies the lone trainer tower. Here, nothing is
changed, except for the fact that all of the Pokemon that aren't fully evolved are now fully evolved
unless said evolution is part of the Global Pokedex.

house that has the Lucky punch has TM 83 (Natural Gift) next to it. Fourth, once you solve the Sevault
Strength puzzle TM 65 (Shadow Claw) will drop down on the space above the entrance. Finally, in the

Remember your last fight with Oak? Well, he comes up once, more and like last time, deliveres the
same speech up to marvelous.
But then..........
Now, do you remember our last fight? Challenges can take on new forms, too. The best trainers
prepare for any kind of situation, regardless of the odds. I am here to test that theory. I shall see how
far you've become. I shall see how much you've improved, -name-! Will you stand, or fall?! I will do
everything in my power to bring you down! -name-.....it's time.....
After that, the same stuff applies, and the game ends.
Once you appear back in Pallet Town, Prof. Oak will come, and tells you to visit him. He'll talk about
how there's a new region far far away. But it's not the ones you've known before, no, it's a new region
I've made up called the Booret region, which contains mainly Hoenn and Sinnoh Pokemon not found
here. He'll tell you to check back if you have caught 120 Pokemon, 30 of which must be originally
from Jhoto. Once you completed that, he'll take your Pokedex, and upgrade it to GLOBAL level,
which is basically the new National Pokedex. And he'll also give you the Foreign Ticket to travel to
that region.
But before that, however, Prof. Oak will mention that his Mewtwo ran away, and he'll give you a
Celebi as the additional reward for beating his rematch team. This means that should you rematch him,
instead of a Celebi and Mewtwo he'll have a Ho-Oh and Lugia instead, and their movesets are as
follows:
-Level 100 Lugia that holds a Leftovers with Roost, Reflect, Ice Beam, and Toxic
-Level 100 Ho-Oh that holds a Life Orb with Sacred Fire, Roost, Brave Bird, and Earthquake
If you go to Cerulean Cave, you'll find that the entrance is now open. But should you go all the way,
Mewtwo is...NOT THERE! WHERE CAN HE BE?!?! Oh well, and also, no Pokemon will appear in
there except for lv.70 Dittos. Wanna know what happened? Well, that's for another time.....and it won't
happen until much later. But for now, instead of Mewtwo, you find something called the “New
Ticket”. Take it to Vermillion City, and the sailor will mention that the boat to take you there isn't here
yet. That won't be for a long time.
I won't cover Naval Rock since it really self-explanatory and there's nothing new. So, what's left for us
to do besides go to Booret? ...well, as far as I know, there is one. So, let's head on. Just so you know,
everything from here on out is original material, except for the actual graphics and Pokemon, of course.
So, I may have to stop here for right now at the time of this writing and come back when I have the
maps and such. See ya!
But wait, I did say there was one more thing to do. If you go back to Indigo Plateau, somewhere
around the league entrance, you'll find a hidden entrance to a place called Indigo path.
Indigo Path:
What's Indigo Path? It's basically a linear path that goes 5 spaces left and then up for about...30 steps.
By the way, through the whole path, Route 47 from Heartgold/Soulsilver is playing. Once you go out,
you'll in the open area. It's still linear, but now there's certain open areas every now and then with
grass. Here's the wild data:
Really high level Pokemon here. It can be either good or bad. But whatever the case, eventually you'll
be in a village. It only has 4 houses, 2 of which is the standard center and mart. The NPCs all tell parts
of a tale in which one trainer, no matter the circumstances, is cursed to lose in the Pokemon league
challenges wherever he goes. There is no way to completely break the curse, but there is a way to at
least give him a ghost of a winning chance whenever he decides to challenge that region's league again:
Beat the trainer that defeated him. Funny they mention that, because up north you'll find an exit. It'll
lead you to Indigo Cliff.
Indigo Cliff:
Remember that tale the NPCs talked about? I'm sure you all know the trainer they were referring to. If
you don't, there is a clue that might help. At the edge of the cliff, you'll find one trainer facing outward.
He looks familiar, doesn't he? This whole time, Bell Tower from HG/SS plays, and there are wind
sound effects playing. When you ready, (the music will stop) talk to him.
….......
So you have heard, huh? Whatever the case, I do not believe it to be a curse. I'm one of his closer
friends, after all, but if that curse is real, then very well. Challenge me, and end this part of the curse
once and for all!
YEP! It's Ritchie! He's not exactly a pushover if you're not careful. Prepare yourself!
Special Rules: No items allowed, and no legendaries.
I must leave now. If you ever meet him, tell him that he can come back anytime.
He'll leave, and leave behind the Indigo Orb. The Indigo Orb, when held by a Pokemon native to
Kanto (Bulbasaur to Mew), doubles their base stats, including HP. So this is a really good item. After
that, a different credits will roll.
With that, pretty much everything we can do is done. So, until then..........
SAYONARAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! ='D
***The End***
