(ESP), Beni Linder (SUI), Miguel Crespo (ITF), Frank Couraud (ITF) and Suresh Menon
(ITF). A more detailed programme showing speakers and topics will be available in
July 2010.

Cost: Full package price based on a single room: US$540 per person
Full package price based on sharing a twin room: US$420 per person
The full package includes:
• Clark Airport transfers to and from the official hotel on the official arrival and
departure days
• Accommodation for 6 nights at the Subic Bay Venezia hotel, including welcome
and farewell dinners
• 6 buffet breakfasts
• 5 buffet lunches
• Two daily coffee breaks over 5 days
• Use of the hotel’s facilities free of charge
• Free excursion on the half day off
• Access to the entire conference programme
• Welcome pack including a summary of speakers’ presentations, bag, cap and T-

Eligible Participants: The conference is open to all coaches in Asia. There is no limit to the number of
entries per national association. All entries must be submitted on the official entry
form and approved by the national association.

Entry fee / deposit: US$150 per person

No place will be confirmed without receipt of the entry on the official form and the
deposit payment.

provided and sent to the Philippine Tennis Association. Once PHILTA receive the
credit card details they will pass them on to Subic Bay Venezia Hotel as a deposit
payment, with the balance to be paid to PHILTA, either in cash or by credit card,
upon arrival in Subic Bay. Cash balance payments are only permitted in US$ or
Philippine Pesos and the conversion rate will depend on the prevalent rate at the
time of registration for the conference.

Should an individual coach not have a credit card for the deposit payment, then
he/she should contact PHILTA who will provide him/her with their bank details for
payment of the deposit.

Cancellations: Deadline: Thursday

No refund of entry fee / deposit will be made for any cancellations after this date,
but national associations are permitted to replace one coach for another.

Visa Requests:
Requests: All requests for a visa letter should be sent to the Philippine Tennis Association,
attention Loida Mallare.

Nearest Airports
Airports: Clark Airport which is 60 kms away from the official hotel and Manila airport which
is 145 kms away.

Airport Transfers:
Transfers: Transportation will ONLY be provided between Clark airport and the official hotel on
the official arrival and departure days. Should participants wish to take advantage
of this service, then they should send their arrival / departure details to Mr Ajay
Pathak by Friday 15 October 2010 at the latest. If they are not received by this date,
then individuals will have to make their own way to Subic Bay. The cost of a taxi
from Clark airport is US$50 and US$70 from Manila airport.
