Madness (Mad Dogs)

Mitt Jeffords

Dream: Madness/Vision: Mad Dogs

In this dream, I found myself living in a little one room brick building that was
about 600 square feet in size. This building felt more like a business location
than a residence because other than the building itself, the entire lot was
covered over with asphalt. There was a very busy street in front of this
building, and on the other three sides were several other small brick buildings
that were about the same size as mine. After observing my surroundings, I
then went inside my building.

After I while I heard a lot of commotion and loud noises coming from outside.
When I went outside, the first thing that I noticed was that an 8 foot tall chain
link fence had been constructed all around my property, except on the street
side. I then observed that on all three sides that this fence had been built,

there were all kinds of weapons being dumped and piled up on the ground. I
saw everything from hand-held missiles to knives; there were rifles, land
mines, swords, hand grenades, knives, guns, and mortars; and they were
piled up just as high as the fence was. I then saw many, many people
searching and picking through these weapons, like they were each searching
for a weapon that personally suited them.

The strangest thing about these weapons was that though none of these
weapons seemed to have ever been used, they still seemed as though they
had been involved in a battle; for all of these weapons were covered in what
seemed like decaying flesh and dried blood. It was then that I also got a whiff
of tear-gas, and chlorine gas, as well as several other gases that I did not
recognize also coming from these weapons;

it was as if all these weapons had been drenched in these gases. I then
discerned that all these people were at a very great risk of being overcome by
one of these gases and that they were all in great danger of contracting some
kind of deadly disease or virus from the rotting flesh and blood that were
covering these weapons.

I then warned all these people that they were in great danger of self-
destruction because of what they were doing; but instead of them taking heed
to the warning; my words seemed only to hasten their pace to find a weapon
of their liking. It was then that I discerned that these people were all trying to
find a weapon to use against me. Even so, I was not all afraid for myself but I
was afraid for them because they were blind to see what they were about to
do against their own selves.

1
When I realized that it was just going to fruitless for me to try to warn them
anymore, I then just turned around to walk back to my own little building; and I
just kept saying, “Madness! This is simply madness; for why would this people
seek so passionately to find a weapon for themselves knowing that this
weapon will be the very thing that will bring about their own destruction? The
Lord has commanded us to love one another, to forgive one another, to be
patient with one another, and to forbear with one another. This is madness to
think that the Lord meant thing other than what he commanded us to do”.

Madness: insanity; the condition of being insane; Frenzy; Rage; A reckless

state of mind that can arise from various causes, such as anger, or fear, or
confusion, or hatred, or bitterness, or jealousy, or malice, or unforgiveness, or
envy, or impatience.

Foolishness: without reason; a lack of mental sanity; a reckless habit of mind

After a while, I went back outside to see if these people were still seeking and
searching through these weapons. I did not take but a few steps from my door
before I just froze in my tracks. All around the three sides that had been
fenced was nothing but a smoking pile of twisted burnt metal, and all of the
buildings had burnt completely to the ground. I could see that not one person
had survived. I knew that the only way this could have happened was if all
those weapons had exploded at once, or if all those gases had ignited at
once, or both happened at the same time.

I was especially shocked because though I was in my building, which was

only about 30 feet away from those fences, I never heard or felt anything at
all. Not only that, I then observed that there was absolutely no damage at all
that had occurred on my side of the fence; nothing at all had been touched by
this fiery explosion. I then just turned back around and said over and over:
“Madness; just complete madness. Why did they refuse to hear the warnings
given to them?”

When I awoke, I asked the Lord to interpret this dream for me, and this is
what he said:

“You saw madness at work; for madness is the natural state of the carnal
mind. For the madness of the carnal mind does not surrender itself in
obedience to my instructions, but rather it surrenders itself to the will of the
flesh: fleshy emotions, and man’s wisdom, and feelings, and pride. Would a
man of a sound mind reject, spit on, persecute, beat, curse, and crucify the
only savior, deliverer,

and redeemer that God himself has sent to save man from eternal
damnation? Would a man of a sound mind exalt his own foolish and doubtful
opinions to be more righteous than the truth of God’s words? Would a man of
sound mind make light of the commandments of the one and only living God?
Would a man of sound mind even think to mock or defy the living God by
speaking openly of his unbelief of the scriptures; the holy scriptures that were

2
all given by the inspiration of God? Would a man of a sound mind be afraid of
the correction of his loving heavenly Father?

Would a man of a sound mind store up wrath for himself and call judgment
and condemnation upon his own head by giving himself over to finding fault
with, judging, accusing, and condemning his brother? Would a man of sound
mind think that God is liar like unto man; that God is not going to require those
whom he has called to give an account for the precious gift that has been
given to him by God? I have called many”, says the Lord, “but only a very few
have obeyed my voice and followed me. Only a few have judged, confessed,
and surrendered their madness into the hands of my love for correction,
repentance, and change.

Luke 6:46 “Jesus said, “And why do you call me, “Lord, Lord”, and then do
not the things which I say?”

II Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given to us the spirit of fear; but of power,
and of love, and of a sound mind”.

Proverbs 14:16 “A wise man fears and departs from evil, but a fool rages and
is self-confident”.

Proverbs 15:5 “A fool despises his father's instruction, but he who receives
correction is prudent”.

Hosea 9:7 “The days of visitation are come, the days of recompense are
come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for
the multitude of your iniquity, and the great hatred”.

Luke 19:12-27 “Jesus then said, “A certain nobleman went into a far country
to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his 10 servants,
and delivered unto them 10 pounds, and said unto them, “Occupy until I
come”. But his citizens hated him, and sent a message to him, saying, “We
will not have this man to reign over us”.

And it came to pass after receiving the kingdom, that when he was returned;
then he commanded his servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given
the money so that he might know how much each man had gained by trading.
Then came the first, saying, “Lord, your pound has gained ten pounds”. And
he said unto him, “Well done, you good servant: because you have been
faithful in a very little, I give you authority over 10 cities”. And the second
came, saying, “Lord, your pound has gained 5 pounds”.

And he said likewise to him, “Be thou also ruler over 5 cities”. And another
came, saying, “Lord, behold, here is your pound, which I have kept laid up in a
napkin because I feared you because you are an austere man: you take up
that which you do not lay down, and you reap that which you do not sow”. And
he said unto him, “Out of your own mouth will I judge you, you wicked servant.
You knew that I was an austere man, taking up that I which I laid not down,
and reaping that which I did not sow: Wherefore then why did you not place

3
my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required my own with
usury?”

And he then said unto them that stood by, “Take from him the pound, and give
it to him that has ten pounds.” (And they said unto him, “But Lord, he has ten
pounds.) For I say unto you, “That unto everyone which has shall be given;
and from him that has not, even that which he has shall be taken away from
him. But my enemies are those which would not have me to reign over them;
bring them here, and slay them before me.”

Then the Lord said, “The fence that you saw built around your building, it is
my hedge of protection that I put around you, as well as every soul, on the
day that you surrender your heart into my hands; for on the day that ask for
me to search your heart and to correct you of all things that are not of my
Spirit, I will put a separation between you and those mockers who believe not
the instruction of my words and that have rejected the love of my correction.
These are the mad mockers who would only shoot at you the arrows of doubt,
and unbelief, and reasoning to separate you from your love for me. These are
they who would seek to overthrow you with seducing and deceitful words that
would cause your love towards me to grow cold.

So on the day that you chose to set your affection on me, it was on that day
that I put my protection around the temple of your soul; to protect your love for
me from all those who have deceived and justified themselves in their own
madness. Though you were not able to sense any danger at that time
because their words and their works seemed so righteous to your natural
senses,

I saw that their deceitful words would work as a slow poison that would turn
your heart away from me. Because you put your trust in my love, my love then
put a hedge of protection around you to guard your heart from those who
would overthrow your love and your faith with the commandments of men, or
deceitful lies, or good words, or with false doctrines.

Ecclesiastes 10:8 “He that digs a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaks a
hedge, a serpent shall bite him”.

Psalm 109:1-5 “Hold not your peace, O God of my praise; for the mouth of
the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have
spoken against me with a lying tongue. They compassed me about also with
words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause. For my love they are
my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer, and they have rewarded me
evil for good, and hatred for my love”.

II Thessalonians 3:1-3 “Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the
Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you, and that
we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have
not faith. But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and keep you from
evil”.

4
Jude 24-25 “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present
you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy; to the only
wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now
and ever. Amen.”

Then when the time came where you began to *show the works and the
words that I was performing in you, I knew that the mockers in their ignorant
madness would no longer just try to overthrow your faith and your love, but
that they would begin to assemble themselves together against, seeking
carefully to find a weapon whereby they would attack us. Yes, I say “us”
because once the words of my truth and my wonderful works began to be
birthed in you it was no longer you but “us” that was speaking and doing these
things.

It was your surrender to the move of my spirit in you that stirred up the
madness in the hypocrites against “us”. Understand this; because you
surrendered your heart and mind into my hands, I have surrendered my love
and my protection unto you; and because you have been faithful to me, I have
been faithful to you; so then we have become “one” in the same purposes. It
is not you then that is being attacked but the “oneness” of my purpose that
you and I are joined in”, says the Lord.

* When the Lord spoke this word “to show”, he gave to me in that same
instant a vision of women that was about 4 months pregnant.

Revelation 3:10-11 “Because you have kept the word of my patience, I will
also keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all of the
world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold fast
that which you have so that no man takes your crown”.

It is faithfulness and surrender that the religious hypocrites always desire to

attack because it witnesses against their unfaithfulness and their contention
against me. The only unity among the hypocrites is that they all desire to
blaspheme the words and works of God that witness against their vain
opinions and self-righteous works.

It is today as it has been since the beginning; for Cain refused first to hear my
instruction concerning the sacrifice that he offered, and then he rejected my
correction of his disobedience. It was then in his refusal and rejection of my
words that his heart was then stirred up with hatred towards his brother.

Why? Because Able believed my instruction and was faithful towards my

words. Those who hate, who judge and accuse, and who think evil of their
brother only *show forth the disobedience that comes forth out of their
madness; the fruits that will surely lead to their own destruction.

* See above star

John 7:7 “The world cannot hate you; but it is me that it hates because I
testify of it, that the works thereof are evil”.

5
Psalm 109:2-5 “For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful
are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me
without a cause. For my love (for the Lord) they are my adversaries: but I give
myself unto prayer. And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for
my love (for the Lord)”.

Genesis 4:3-8 “And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of
the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. And Abel also brought of the
firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel
and to his offering, but unto Cain and to his offering he had no respect.

And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell. And the Lord said unto
Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your countenance sad? If you do well, shall
you not be accepted? And if you do not well, sin lies at the door. And unto you
shall be his desire, and you shall rule over him.
And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in
the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him”.

Romans 12:1 “Therefore I beseech you brethren, by the mercies of God, that
you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is
your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be you
transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that
good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God”.

John 10:10 “The thief comes only to kill, steal, and destroy….”

John 8:44 Jesus said, “You are of your father the Devil, and the desires of
your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning and abides not
in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks
of his own”.

I John 3:15 “Whosoever hates his brother is a murderer: and you know that
no murderer has eternal life abiding in him”.

As it was with Cain, so also is it now with all hypocrites who have no desire to
surrender their hearts unto/into mine. These are they who have chosen to
continue being their own lords and gods, choosing their madness to be that
which reigns and rules over their hearts and minds instead of having peace
with God.

Even so, just as in my mercy I gave Cain an opportunity to repent of his

madness, so also does my mercy continue to cry out to those who now have
rejected my instruction and who have not believed on my words. Many will not
repent of their madness because they esteem the counsel of their own
thoughts to be more righteous than the instruction of my words and the
correction of my love.

6
These are offended when they see the light of my favor, my love, and my
blessings shine upon those who have faithfully given themselves unto me;
and when they are offended, they shall hate my light, and all those who walk
in my light. Just like Cain, madness will stir in their imaginations and lust will
begin to burn in their hearts as they begin to seek to find a weapon that will
silence “us”; the “us” who testifies against the madness of their opinions and
their works.

II Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble
themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;
then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Now my eyes shall be open, and mine ears attentive unto the prayer that is
made in this place.

Isaiah 55:6-8 “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call upon him while
he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his
thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him;
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your
thoughts, neither are your ways my ways”, says the LORD.

Psalm 10:4 “The wicked, through the pride of his countenance (outward
appearance), will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts”.

Isaiah 65:2 “I have spread out my hands all the day long unto a rebellious
people who walk in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts”.

Jeremiah 4:14 “O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness that you may
be saved. How long shall your vain thoughts lodge within you?”

Hebrews 9:14 “How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the
eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from
dead works to serve the living God?”

Will the wicked repent or shall they choose a weapon to fight against “us”?
Those who are given over to their madness will not even consider that
whatever they do to the least of my brethren, they do it unto me”, says the
Lord. “What weapon shall they choose? Shall it be the steel of the sword or
shall it be the sword of their tongue that is chosen to silence the righteous
words and works that have offended their own righteousness? Shall it be
guns, or knives, or bombs, or shall it be slander, or threats, or judging, or false
witnesses, or defamation, or accusations, or intimidation, or speaking evil of?

These are all blind to see that all of these are nothing but weapons of self-
destruction. They chose the cross to be my demise, yet it is I who have
eternal life. As they stretched out my hands to nail them to that cross, even
now are my hands still stretched out for those who choose to repent of their
madness; for the cross is the weapon that I have chosen to destroy the
weapons of self-destruction.

7
Matthew 23:34-35 “Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise
men, and scribes: and some of them you shall kill and crucify; and some of
them you shall scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to
city, that upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth,
from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias…”

Revelation 13:10 “He that leads into captivity shall go into captivity: he that
kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience
and the faith of the saints.

Matthew 12:36-37 “But I tell you, on the day of judgment men will have to
give account for every idle word they speak; for by your words you will be
justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Romans 2:1 “Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou are
that judges: for wherein you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you that
judge doe the same things (sin).”

Revelation 2:16 “Repent; or else I will come unto you quickly, and I will fight
against them with the sword of my mouth”.

Matthew 5:43-45 “You have heard that it was said, “You shall love your
neighbor and hate your enemy.” But I say to you, “Love your enemies; bless
those who curse you; Do good to those who hate you; and pray for those who
spitefully use you and persecute you so that you may be sons of your
Father in heaven”.

Is there a man whose heart burned with more desire to silence my words and
my works than the heart that Paul had when he was a Pharisee? His
madness had so blinded his eyes that he truly thought that he was doing God
a favor with his persecution and murder of my children.

Yet, for all of Paul’s hateful and murderous ways, did I not extend my hand of
mercy and love upon him? Be not afraid of those who are able to kill the body
but are not able to kill your soul; but rather be afraid of God who takes the
weapons of the unbelieving and disobedient to use against them to destroy
both body and soul in hell. Remember that which is written, “No weapon
formed against you shall prosper”; for I am with you”, says the Lord.

Galatians 1:13 Paul said, “For you have heard of my conversation in time
past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church
of God and wasted it.”

John 16:1-3 “These things I have spoken unto you so that you should not be
offended. They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, and the time comes
that whosoever kills you will think that he is doing God service. And these
things will they do unto you because they have not known the Father, nor me.

Matt 10:27-28 “What I tell you in darkness, that you speak in light; and what
you hear in the ear, that you preach upon the housetops. And do not fear

8
them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear him
who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

Matthew 5:11-12 “Blessed are you when men shall revile you, and persecute
you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice
and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted
they the prophets which were before you”.

Madness is that which I came into this world to save my people from.
Madness mocks my words with unbelief and doubts. Madness refuses
instruction. Madness makes light of my counsel with reasonings and excuses.
Madness exalts itself in the lies that one chooses to deceive himself with.
Madness hates the correction of my love. Madness loves opinions rather than
the truth. Madness persecuted and crucified me. Even so,

I shed my blood to cleanse each one of your of your own madness. I am of a

sound mind. I died for your sins, for your weaknesses, for your iniquities, and
for your transgressions. I shed my blood to cover your sins. I took stripes for
your weaknesses. I was bruised for your iniquities. I was wounded for your
transgressions. I did all of these things because of the great love that I have
for you; for I loved you even when you were afflicted with madness and
foolishness.

My love has done all of these things for you because I knew that there was
nothing that you could do to justify your madness in the sight of God. Who
then will judge you for that which I have atoned for? Who then will accuse you
of that which I have justified? Who then will find fault with that which my blood
covers? Only those who are afflicted with madness would choose to find fault,
and judge, and accuse others so that they may bring judgment and
condemnation upon their own heads. Just as the Devil accuses the brethren
before the throne of God day and night, so also do the mad desire to do the
same.

1 Corinthians 4:3-4 (NIV) “I care very little if I am judged by you or by any

human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. My conscience is clear, but
that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me.”

Revelation 12:10-11 “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is

come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of
his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them
before our God day and night.”

John 8:44 “You are of your father the Devil, and the desires of your father you
will do…”

It is as it is written, that it is my will for all men to be saved and to come to the
knowledge of the truth; so why are there but a very few that come before my
throne asking for me to teach them my truth, seeing that it is only my truth that
is able to deliver and free a man from his madness? Why do so many of my

9
people love their vain opinions and doctrines seeing that they are powerless
to save any from their madness?

1 Timothy 2:3-4 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our
Savior; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of
the truth.”

Until this day, it has been that the mad have always sought to persecute
and/or kill the righteous when they *showed the truth of my words as well as
my wonderful works; but it shall no longer be so. For now is the time of my
birth, the revelation of the fullness of the glory of God in Jesus Christ, coming
forth in those few sons who have repented of their madness so that they may
be made to be partakers of all my promises and blessings.

Shall the mad seek to persecute or kill that which I am birthing? Shall the
mad come mocking any longer saying, “Where is the promise of his coming?”
Thus says the Lord. “No, they shall not seek to persecute or kill that which I
am birthing, and neither will they mock when the see the glory of my
appearing in the Sons of God; for that which is glory to the obedient is that
which shall also be judgment for the unbelieving and disobedient because.

My glory shall manifest in their own eyes the truth about their madness. No,
they shall not seek to persecute or kill, but rather they shall weep and wail;
they shall be in great anguish; and they shall gnash and grit their teeth as they
confront the reality of their own disobedience when the see the reward of the
obedient. Like Esau, now shall they seek to find repentance,

but it shall be too late. Just as they mocked Noah out of the madness of their
unbelief for 100 years, but when they see the first and latter rain coming upon
those of a sound mind; and then shall they be moved to weeping, and wailing,
and the gnashing of teeth when they see the favor of my blessings, and of my
love, and of my promises coming upon all those who were wise and faithful.
When my rain begins to fall, it shall be too late. They shall knock on my door,
but I will not hear.

Matthew 13:40-42 “As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire;
so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his
angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and
them which do iniquity; and shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall
be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

Matthew 24:45-51 “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master
made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? Blessed is
that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. Assuredly, I
say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. But if that evil
servant says in his heart, “My master is delaying his coming”, and begins to
beat (mock) his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards (the
ignorant and confused), the master of that servant will come on a day when
he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of, and will cut

10
him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be
weeping and gnashing of teeth”.

Luke 13:23-30 Jesus said to them, “Strive to enter through the narrow gate,
for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able. When once the
Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand
outside and knock at the door, saying, “Lord, Lord, open for us”, and he will
answer and say to you, “I do not know you, where you are from”. Then you
will begin to say, “We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our
streets.” But He will say, “I tell you I do not know you, where you are from.
Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.” There will be weeping and
gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the
prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out.”

Vision

When I awoke from this dream, before I could even get out of bed to write it
down, the Lord gave to me this vision. I saw about 5 or 6 sheep in a small
group; and they were all standing with their rear ends backed up to each
other. They were doing this so that each one of them could keep an eye out
for those enemies that would try and sneak up on them, trying to catch them
sleeping;

but these sheep kept their eyes on all things that were happening outside of
their circle. I then saw a large pack of wild dogs come and surround this small
flock of sheep; and each dog stood about 20 feet away from the next dog. All
of these dogs had their heads down close to the ground with their eyes fixed
only on the flock.

They were all drooling and there was a low constant growling coming from
each one of them; and this obviously kept the flock feeling constantly
threatened and intimidated. Every now and then one of these dogs would fake
an attack, but he would always stop just short of the flock, and then back up to
his original position; but the flock stood fast and no one seemed to even flinch
when such an attack would occur. I discerned that as long as the flock stayed
together, these dogs were really powerless to do anything other than act like
they were going to attack.

Just when I thought that all was well with this flock, one of the sheep suddenly
broke rank and bolted straight ahead, running right into the dog that had just
moment before faked an attack.

The dog immediately bit down on the back of this sheep’s neck which then
forced that sheep all the way down to the ground. Almost immediately
confusion and chaos seemed to come over the rest of the flock, and they all
began to break rank and to run in different directions. One by one I watched
as each one of these sheep was subdued by one of these wild dogs in the
same manner as the dog that had subdued the first sheep that had bolted.

11
These dogs just held firm and tight on to the necks of these sheep until they
bleed to death. It was a sad and gruesome sight.

Acts 20:28-31 “Therefore take heed unto yourselves, and to all the flock over
which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to feed the church of God,
which he has purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my
departing the grievous wolves shall enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw
disciples away after them. Therefore watch, and remember that by the space
of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.”

Isaiah 47:10 “….your wisdom and your knowledge has perverted you”.

I Peter 5:2 “Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight
thereof, not by constraint but willingly. Not for filthy lucre but out of a willing
mind; neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but as being examples to
the flock.”

Interpretation:

The flock of sheep that you saw represented those few who choose to walk
the strait and narrow path that I have set before them. The dogs represent the
many who have not believed my word to take up their crosses to crucify the
wild beast-like nature. Because their hearts have grown hard and they have
refused to repent, they now carry with them that fatal disease called *rabies;
the disease that afflicts one with madness; and they seek to spread this
disease to all those who will believe the conversation that comes out of their
mouths; for as it is written, “The power of life and death is in the tongue”.

*rabies: a usually fatal disease transmitted to humans by dogs, cats, wolves,

etc. that causes madness; madness; rage; fury

Romans 11:17-21 “And if some of the branches be broken off, and you, being
a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them you partake of
the root and fatness of the olive tree; then do not boast against the branches.
But if you boast, you bear not the root, but the root you. You will then say,
“The branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” Well; because of
unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Be not high-minded, but
fear: For if God did not spare the natural branches, take heed lest he also
spare not you.”

Jude 10 “And these, like senseless beasts speak evil of that which they do
not know; and they corrupt themselves in that which they know naturally.

With their conversation these dogs speak the heresies of their own vain
opinions about God and his word, which in turn makes all those who believe
their words to also be vain. With their conversation they mock God with their
doubts of his love and unbelief of his words. With their conversation they seek
to bewitch the flock into believing that a man is justified before God by
righteous works, good intentions, and his best efforts.

12
With their conversation they strive, intimidate, and argue to overcome with
fear all those who are weak in their faith. With their conversation they declare
those things which seem right in their own eyes. With their conversation they
justify their own weaknesses with excuses and reasonings. With their
conversation they seduce and deceive with their good words and flatteries.
With their conversation they speak false doctrines. With their conversation
they speak murmurings, complaints, and dread.

With their conversation they seek to deceive the babes with the letter of the
word which agrees with the milk of the word in understanding. With their
conversation they threaten with their accusations, their fault finding, their
backbiting, their slanders, the pointing of their finger, their gossip, their
judging, their evil suspicions, their condemnations, and their criticisms. With
their conversation they scoff at the instructions of God by openly making light
of his words. Though their madness is in their heart, their conversation speaks
it; for it is as it is written, “For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth
speaks”.

Philippians 3:2 “Beware of dogs; beware of evil workers; beware of the

concision (the circumcision of men’s hands)”.

Jeremiah 23:16 “Hearken not to the words of the prophet that prophesy to
you, for they make you vain”.

Galatians 6:12-13 “As many as desire to make a fair show in the flesh, they
constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for
the cross of Christ. For they themselves who are circumcised do not keep the
law, but desire to have you circumcised that they may glory in your flesh (in
that you have obeyed their words)”.

Ephesians 4:21-25 “If it be so that you have heard him, and have been
taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off concerning the former
conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
and be renewed in the spirit of your mind so that you put on the new man,
which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore
putting away lying, let every man speak the truth with his neighbor: for we are
members one of another….

29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is
good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And
grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of
redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil
speaking be put away from you, with all malice: and be you kind one to
another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake
has forgiven you”.

Matthew 12:33-37 “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else
make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O
generation of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of

13
the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good
treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil
treasure brings forth evil things. But I say unto you that every idle word that
men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment. For
by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be
condemned”.

Philippians 1:27-28 “Only let your conversation be as it becomes the gospel

of Christ: that whether I come and see you or else be absent, I may hear of
your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving
together for the faith of the gospel; and in nothing be terrified by your
adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of
salvation, and that of God.”

These dogs are they who refused to take up their cross and crucify the old
man with his fleshy “self” desires and his corrupt conversation; and in their
disobedience they tempt my flock to do the same as they. These dogs
relentlessly and continually tempt the flock to confuse them with their corrupt
and ungodly conversation to turn my sheep out of the strait and narrow path
that I have commanded all to walk in; for these dogs were once themselves
sheep, but having allowed themselves to be deceived,

they themselves have become deceivers; and having become deceivers,

they do the work of the Devil to deceive others with the same conversation
that they were overcome with. With their conversation they will seek to turn
aside any of the other remaining sheep that they can with their
commandments, opinions, doctrines, and instructions. The work of those who
walk in the flesh is to deceive others with their conversation.

II Corinthians 2:17 “We are not as many which corrupt (deceive; just as
Satan tried to tempt Jesus with the scriptures) with the word of God; but as of
sincerity, as of God, in the sight of God, we speak in Christ (the truth of the
new man)”.

II Timothy 3:13 “Evil men shall grow worse and worse; deceiving and being
deceived”.

Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said to them, “Take heed that no
man deceive you”.

Ephesians 5:6-8 “Let (allow) no man deceive you with vain words: for
because of these things comes the wrath of God upon the children of
disobedience. Therefore be you not partakers with them. For you were
sometimes darkness, but now are you light in the Lord: walk as children of
light.”

2 Peter 2:7-22 “And the Lord delivered just Lot who was troubled with the
filthy conversation of the wicked; for that righteous man dwelling among them,
in seeing and hearing, troubled his righteous soul from day to day with their
unlawful deeds. The Lord knows how to deliver the godly (his sheep) out of

14
temptations (the mad conversation of the dogs), and to reserve the unjust
unto the Day of Judgment to be punished; chiefly those that walk after the
flesh in the lust of uncleanness (self-righteousness; Isa.64:6), and who
despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, and they are not
afraid to speak evil of dignities (the glorious ones); even so, angels, which are
greater in power and might, do not bring railing accusation against them
before the Lord. But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and
destroyed, speak evil of the things that they do not understand; and they shall
utterly perish in their own corruption. They shall receive the reward of
unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots
they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings
while they feast with you; having eyes full of adultery (James 4:4; the love of
this world which is the love of “self”), and they cannot cease from sin (John
16:8,9 & Rom.14:23; their unbelief and doubts), beguiling unstable souls: an
heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children which
have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of
Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; but was
rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbid the
madness of the prophet. These are wells without water (understanding),
clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is
reserved forever. For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they
allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that
were clean escaped (the rest of the flock) from them who live in error. While
they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption (the
“self-love” of the old man) for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he
brought in bondage. For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world
through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, that they are
again entangled therein and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than
the beginning. For it would have been better for them if they had not
known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and then turn
away from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it has
happened unto them according to the true proverb, “The dog is turned
to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing
in the mire”.

These dogs who those who did not continue in my word to know my truth, but
rather they chose to lean on their own corrupted understanding and to walk in
the ways that seem right in their own eyes. They do not know what manner of
Spirit that they were of because they refuse to be weaned from the milk of my
words because they continued to trust in their own interpretations and
opinions of my words to be truth. I have given them space to repent, but they
have refused. They have no life in them because they have refused to eat my
flesh or to drink my blood, choosing rather to remain in that lifeless
congregation of the dead that does not know me. These dogs are as wild
beasts who are led by the madness of their natural senses, to do the work of
the Devil, to deceive and to turn aside my sheep with their crafty words.”

John 8:31-32 “If you continue in my word then shall you be my disciples and
you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.”

I John 3:18, 19 “Little children, it is the last time: and as you have heard that
antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know
that it is the last time. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if
they had been of us, they would have no doubt continued with us: but they
went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.”

Hebrews 10:39 “We are not of them who draw back into perdition
(destruction), but we are them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

Jeremiah 4:22 “My people are foolish because they do not know me. They
are senseless children and they have no understanding. They are wise to do
evil and to do good they have no knowledge”.

Proverbs 21:16 “The man who wanders out of the way of understanding shall
remain in the congregation of the dead.”

Psalm 50:23 “Whoso offers praise glorifies me: and to him that orders his
conversation aright will I show the salvation of God.”
