COME NOW the Plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned counsel, and hereby file an

Amended Exhibit “A” to the Complaint, stating as follows:

1. As a result of the undersigned counsel’s error in reproducing the insurance policy at issue in this

litigation, the declarations page was not included in Exhibit “A” to the Complaint.

2. The Amended Exhibit filed herewith contains the missing declarations page.

3. The Complaint will be served upon the Defendant with the proper amended exhibit, rather than

the erroneous and incomplete exhibit.

CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE

The amended exhibit filed herewith shall be served with the Complaint through the Department
