Deferment: Students are permitted to defer commencement of study for a period of up to a maximum of 12 calendar months (1 year) from initial
registration. All fees paid by a student who has chosen to defer will be held by TOC until commencement of the student in the training
programme. Students are also advised that should they defer their commencem ent in their training programme, the fees due and payable will become
the currently advertised fees of the training program as at their new date of commencem ent. Should a student wish to defer for a period in excess of
12 months (1 year), any refund will be subject to the conditions outlined above for Withdrawal.
Student Study Loans: Excess fees derived from Student Study Loans, such as EPF Fees, are refundable to a student if the student has paid tuition
fees before the loan is approved. Note: If a student has any outstanding debt to TOC at that time, excess fees will be used to settle the outstanding
amount in the first instance, with any balance being forwarded to the student on reconciliation of their account.
1. Upon graduation or withdrawal from the college, a Withdrawal/Clearance form must be submitted. Students are given a maximum of 2 following
semesters to request for the Refundable Deposits. Otherwise the refundable deposits will be forfeited.
2. Should students do not inform Bursary of the withdrawal officially, the College will continue charging tuition fee until such time the Finance Office
has received notifications from students. The refundable deposits will be used to offset any outstanding tuition fee.
3. Students must abide to all the rules and regulations of the College. Should there be any violation of the rules and regulations, all refundable
deposits paid will be forfeited and you are required to pay the above mentioned deposits again.
4. The college will assist in providing relevant docum entation and advise however it is the responsibility of the student to apply for the loans.
Students must take note of the application deadlines for the loans. The College shall not be held responsible should the student be unable to
obtain any loan approval.

5. Students taking the PTPTN Loan or any other loan MUST pay for 1 Semester Fees and subsequent fees while waiting for approval.
6. Partial payment of fees is not accepted.
DEFERMENT
1. Tuition fees paid may be deferred for a maximum of 12 calendar months (1 Year). Should there be a new fee structure at the end of the deferment
period, the student must make up the difference in tuition fee payable and follow the new schedule.
2. Students must fill up the deferment form and submit to the Student Centre.
3. Tuition fee will be charged accordingly should the student defer studies without following the proper procedures.
DISCIPLINE
1. The class schedule is assigned by the College and CANNOT be changed under any circumstances.
2. Students hair are not allowed to touch/exceed the uniform’s collar , eyes or ears. No dyed hair.
3. Students who are late 5 minutes will be considered as absent. Students who are absent more than 2 times for a subject will have to repeat the
subject at additional cost.
4. Students are required to adhere to all rules & regulations as stipulated in the Student Handbook, Assessment Procedures and other regulations as
deemed appropriate.
