• At the first place, thanks to God because without His blessings we, Nur
Syazwani Binti Shahrol Zaman (MDB 09-07-011), Siti Norlela Binti Mohd
Nor (MDB 09-07-020), Nurul Huda Binti Abdul Wahab (MDB 09-07-012),
Siti Nur Basirah Binti Mohamed (MDB 09-07-019), can’t complete this
assignment. We also want thanks to our beloved parents that always
support behind us from all sight during assignment in progress. We
would like to thanks to our Business lecturer Madam Amalina Binti Mohd
Nor because she had sacrifice her time to give the guides to make this
assignment progress in smoothly and done this assignment well. Final
words from us, we like to thanks to our friends because without their
cooperation we cant done this assignment on time as requested. Thank

On the first task, we are given to make a comparison in Shopping Mall area.
So we are decided to choose Nur Tudung,LindaLina shop as a Pure
Competition that we found at Mahkota Parade. Pure competition is market
or industry characterized by numerous small firms producing an identical
product. So, from our observation Nur Tudung, Linda Lina, are a pure
competition. They are a small firm that selling the common product. Pure
competition are not control the price so they cant demand with the price
will offer. Because each firm is small,it is easy for any single firm to enter
or leave the market. Then, both buyer and sellers know the price that
others are paying and received in the marketplace.

The both of shop was selling shawl, baju kurung, scarf. And they also
selling accessories for women like ring, necklace and handbeg.
Vincci is a sole proprietorship business.The owner choose sole
proprietorship because it is small but it may be a large as departmental
stalls. The advantages of bussiness ownership is freedom, simple to form
such as simplycity of legal set up procedures. Beside that there is a few
this advantages of this ownership such as unlimited liabilitiy and depends
on the resourses individual.

They setting a goals, where they plan to be a best company ever. Every
year they have a promotion to attract customer.

ORGANIZATION:
Supervisor assembling and coordinating the human financial, physical
informational and other resources needed to achieve goals:
Activities include attractive people to the organization.

DIRECTING:

CONTROLLING:
Supervisor monitoring organization performances to ensure that it is
meeting its go such as make the employee give a good services to
customer.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
The most important management skills for supervisor job is human relation
skills because it is more understanding and getting along with customer.
Other than that supervisor also have to conceptual skills where supervisor
know how to recognize new market opportunities and threats.
Vincci have their own missions and visions. Best fashion company ever and
to exceed customer expectations and our brand promote Each brand
represents a fashion philosophy; each philosophy covers a comprehensive
range of products aimed at a targeted consumer. Brand image is strongly
backed up by real value: quality, functionality and price.

From our observations,there are two campaigns:


• Effective
I. They opened a booth to attract customers.
II. They also do a promotions such as give discounts and goody bags to
all their customers.
III. By the way,they also gives more details informations about their
products.
IV. They can close their relationship between employer and employee.

• Ineffective
I. They most to use flyers to attract their customers.
II. We can see that the campaign are not effectively because, there are
not to close with their customers.
III. Other than that,customers also did not care about the advertisement.

Last but not least, from both this campaign we can conclude that open the
booth is more effective compared to the flyers way.
