m expectatiion and that of the College Administtration that tthese clear mmandates andd

ble policies, procedures,
p regulations, etc., as mem morialized w
within the
aforementioned documents,

a strictly addhered to unnder all circuumstances.

Furthermore, it is imperative to recognize that certain actions may be deemed as


perceptions of abuse and/or harassment by students or bystanders who may bear witness
to them, therefore, a strong cognition of these perceptions must be recognized and all
actions must depict positive and student-centered perceptions at all times.

Please re-read and review the Training Advisor/Instructor Manual again to refresh your
understanding of these policies. Please respond to me via email, by close of business on
03.25.11, that you have in fact read these policies and comprehend them. As always, feel
