Introduction:

This is an operation with multi-tasking.

In this operation each pilot will find various types of missions taking the aircraft that is chosen.
We also give the opportunity for less experienced pilots able to take off from aircraft carriers and
landing on land or take off and land from the shore.
For it will be active Air Base Langebaanweg FALW and aircraft carriers ZA-WOLF.
This operation is also a tribute to the excellent work done by Louis Jacobs (responsible for
building the ZA-WOLF) and IVAO Staff involved in OS-X Sowter so well integrated in the division
this magnificent tour through an exciting leg (this port- Sowter aircraft is part of X).

The operation
The mission consists in a VFR/ IFR flight, departing from active Air Base Langebaanweg
(FALW) or from ZA-WOLF (Aircraft carrier).

You can expect 7 types of missions:

- transport of a high commander to ZA-WOLF and possible return to FALW

- AWACS flight
- Air to Air refuelling
- SAR (aircraft / heli)
- recon mission
- submarine patrol
- interception and identification

For this we will have a great scenery

Main rules:

1. Formation flights are approved

2. You must choose an aircraft type according to the mission type.
3. This is a VFR/IFR event.
4. Real weather (IvAp) is needed.
5. The communications must be in English.
6. The flight plan must be completed correctly, with reference to the event and mission type
(RMK examples: VIP transport or SAR, or ...
7. The voice communications are advised.
8. We advice the use of type of flight MILITARY
9. Other IVAO rules are applied during the event

Procedures to follow:

1 - You must send and e-mail to sofvirt@gmail.com or use the topic at the SO-HQ forum with:
- your name
- your aircraft/ heli for the mission
- where you want takeoff
- where you want to land
- type of mission you prefer
- time to acomplish the mission (example: between 1600z and 1730z)

2 - the organization will send you then information with your departure time and type of mission

3 - 10 minutes before your set time for departure you must be online. see pic2 where you can
connect at the aircraft carrier.

4- YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY ATC. REMEMBER THIS IS AN

AIRCRAFT CARRIER OPERATION

5- after you finish your mission, you must disconnect as soon as you can.
