15. F.NO.-16: This Form /Certificate U/s.203 of the I.T.Act,for TDS from Income chargeable under
the head "Salary".
Form No.16-A. This Form/Certificate u/s.203 of the I.T.Act for Deducation of tax at Source for
diff.income as specified in the I.T.Act.
Form No.16AA- This is the Certificate for Tax deducted at Source from Income chargeable under
the head "Salaries" cum Return of Income

17. Hi nidhi,
Form 16 is issued by employer to his employee in proof of salary & tds amount.
Form 16 AA is also issued by employer to employee for above purposed but for those
employees whose salary is below 150000.00. Form 16 A is also used by employee as filled
Income tax return througt employer.
Form 16 A is issed to contractor in respect of his paid contract amount and deducted TDS by his
contractee.

18. Hi,
Form 16AA is to be used by a Resident in India where he/she fulfills all the following conditions :
(a) his total income includes income chargeable to income-tax under the head Salaries;
(b) the income from salaries before allowing deductions under section 16 of the Income-tax Act,
1961 does not exceed rupees
one lakh fifty thousand;
(c) his total income does not include income chargeable to income-tax under the head Profits
and gains of business or
profession or Capital gains or Agricultural income; and
(d) he is not in receipt of any other income from which tax has been deducted at source by any
person other than the employer
and
Form 16 is to be used by a Salaried Person who does not fulfill any of the above conditions.
