Gurukul Music School will be opened at Green City, ferozpur road Ludhiana.
Factors which influenced to select that location are:

o Open big area.

o Parking facility.

o Easily approachable.

o Located on main road.

5.2Make or Buy considerations

Raw material will be purchased from all the local and outsider suppliers. Books
and other study material will be purchase from local suppliers and the
equipments like guitar, drums etc will be purchased from outsider suppliers.

5.3 Production process: capacity in view of demand

This business is basically providing the services so there is no such production


process which is involved in it.

Type of service: Continuous and throughout the year

Technology: Latest Education Systems and equipments will be used for


providing the services like

o Computerised system.

o Smart classes.

o Music equaliser.
o Practical teaching or use of new equipments(include software and
hardware).

o Soundproof class rooms.
