User Guide for Submitting Application via CUSIS

(a) To create a new application or access a saved or submitted application:


Æ CUSIS and MyStudy Æ Financial Aid Online Appl Form
(b) Click the magnifying glass and select the appropriate form.

(c) Select the form for the current batch (e.g. the current batch is No. 3), i.e.
“OverseasAcademicGrant_Batch3_A”.
(d) If you intend to submit a second application for the same batch, please select
“OverseasAcademicGrant_Batch3_B”.

(e) Click “Guideline” and read through the content of the document.
(f) Download Part II and Part III of the Application Form from the bottom of the document.
(g) Combine all supporting documents required together with the duly completed and signed
Part II and Part III into one single file in either JPEG or PDF format for uploading.
(h) The file size should not exceed 7MB.
(i) Click “START FROM SECTION 1” and create an application.

Enter the information required to the mandatory field(s) marked with “*”.

Select a type of activity and enter the details.

Enter the information as required.

Section 4: Academic Results
Information will be fetched from CUSIS directly. Please double check if the information displayed
is correct.

Enter the information as required.

Section 6: Other Source of Financial Support
Enter the information as required.

Section 7: Presentation / Communication Skills Workshops
Enter the information as required.

Enter the information as required.

Section 9: Upload Supporting Document
Click “Add Attachment” and upload the file containing all supporting documents required and duly
completed and signed Part II and Part III of the Application Form. Thereafter you may view the file
and check if it has been uploaded properly.

Section 10: Declaration
Click the box if you agree with the content of the declaration and then select “SUBMIT”.

A confirmation will be displayed on screen. Select “RETURN TO SUMMARY” for the application(s)
submitted.

Before the application deadline, you may still access your submitted application, update the
information or upload a new file for replacing the previous attachment.

Select the Section which requires updating.

Update the information required and click “SAVE”.
