Introduction
Sprint’s FTS2001 ICMS is an automated request system intended for use by government
agencies to price, request, and monitor the status of requested services from Sprint.
The Sprint FTS2001 web site (ICMS) provides the following utilities:
• Report Repository
• Ad Hoc Query
• Sprint InTouchsm
Overview
Web Initiated Service Request (WISR): Provides the Government access to submit on-line
Service Requests (SRs) to Sprint, and the capability to track the progress through the life
cycle for each SR. The system is comprised of various SR forms for various services,
and allows the Customer to submit an SR immediately, or file a request for further input
to submit an SR at a later date.
Automated Pricing Quotation System (APQS): Provides the Government access to on-line
pricing information. The system is comprised of various screens by service category
and/or feature, and allows for entry of key search parameters (NPA/NXX, contract year,
desired transmission speeds, etc.) to provide immediate pricing information. Agencies
can print and use this information for order and/or budget preparation.
Ad Hoc Reporting Tool: An online utility built to provide electronic access to data as well
as flexible Ad Hoc query capability upon the data. It will support all ad hoc queries of
COAD (Customer Operational and Administrative Data) including:
SPIDR Download: Sprint’s Interactive Desktop Reporting Tool (SPIDR) is available for
download through the ICMS website. SPIDR is a desktop application that government
agencies use to read their monthly call detail records from CD-ROM.
The Web address for the FTS2001 Integrated Customer Management System (ICMS) is:

Your User ID and Password is assigned by the Sprint Administrator and communicated
to you via the mailing address noted on the first page of Government ICMS Access
Authorization Form. The ICMS URL address will also be included in this notification.

Step One: Click Download Access Form on the FTS2001 Web Site Options Menu to
download a copy of the ICMS Access Request form.
Step Two: Click Customer Support to access a webpage with the ICMS Helpdesk
number. (1-877-264-0457).
Step Three: Click ICMS Training to access a webpage where you can view the
government training schedule and order training classes.
Step Five: Click Download Sprint’s Certification Authority Certificate the first
time you log in to retrieve Sprint’s Certification Authority (CA) certificate for your web
browser.
Step Six: Click Instructions for Configuring your Netscape® Browser to meet
Government Security Requirements to properly configure your Netscape® browser
after installation.
Step Seven: Click View this system’s Security and Privacy Policy the first time
you log in to become familiar with the system’s Security and Privacy Policy.
Step Eight: After you receive your User ID and password to ICMS, enter them here
to log in to ICMS.
Step Nine: Check Government-Approved Security Session before you log in if you
are required to use the Government Approved Security Session version of ICMS. This
session is recommended for all ICMS users.
Step Two: Click Download the Sprint CA browser certificate to download the
Certification Authority browser certificate.
Step Two: Click Netscape FIPS 140-1 browser configuration instructions to see
instructions on configuring your Netscape browser.
Step Two: Click any question on this page to see answers to some of the most
frequently asked questions regarding Government-Approved Security Sessions.
Step One: Place the cursor in the User Name field and enter the appropriate User
Name.
Step Two: Press Tab or position the cursor in the Password field, and enter the
appropriate Password.
Step Three: Click Login to enter the ICMS Homepage. The “Reset” button simply
resets (blanks) the user ID and password fields so you can type them in again.
FTS2001 Utilities
Select the desired option from the main red menu bar at the top of the screen:
Logout: The Logout function enables users to log out “gracefully” which allows users
to login again immediately.
Change Password: The Change Password link will take you to a page where
you can type in your old password and change that password to a new one.

Step One: Select Change Password from the FTS2001 Homepage red menu bar.
This will open the Sprint FTS2001 Change Password Screen you see above.
Step Six: Click Change Password to approve your password change and move to the
next screen. Sprint FTS2001 Change Profile Menu Screen.
-NOTE-
Clicking Clear this Form will clear (blank out) all of the fields you typed in. This is so if
you recognize that you made a mistake, you can start over without having to empty out
the fields manually.
Step One: View the confirmation notice that your password has been changed.
Step Two: Click Continue to acknowledge your password change and be directed
back to the ICMS homepage.
