I would like to inform, how your sales team is manipulating the offers in price reduction that are being

offered by the MarutiSuzuki to

the customer. I approached directly to the show room on 30.06.2009 about exchange offer of my SANTRO car.
When I have enquired about the corporate discount offer which is available to us(General Insurance Public Sector Employees) as
follows:
Wagon R lxi Ex show room price Rs.334974/- (Delhi show room price)
Less customer discount Rs -25000/-
Less Addl. offer to GIPSA people Rs.- 2500/-
The invoice price is Rs.307474/-

The above aspect I have informed to your sales team at the time of deal. Instead they have informed me two (2) types of offers for
option as follows.

When I was under a state of confusion I gave the consent for the first option and your people have taken amount from me on exchange
of my old car SANTRO to the extent of RS.155000/- and the Bank Loan Amount of RS.272500/- total amount of Rs 427500/-.
when I have enquired about the insurance coverage also your people said that it is to be done from your end only and no option is
available for me though I am a Marketing officer in NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY.
On receipt of my invoice I was shocked and surprised about the break up.
Total invoice price Rs 3,12,773/-instead of Rs 3,42,289/-and they have cooked up the figure to the extent of Rs 3,12,773/-.
They have not properly established the discount pattern offered by them in the invoice to the extent of Rs.33,000/- on record and they
have reduced the value at one end and simply cooked up the figures and paid life tax also for the reduced price as cooked by your
people, which it causes a lesser value for my vehicle at the other end.
By virtue of doing of the same your people have thoroughly misguided me and deceived me with a deceitful intention. As they have
shown different figures in the invoice which are not at all correlating with the offer they have given me.
It shows how your people are misguiding the customers who have come with a good faith on a MARUTI dealer about the pricing,
offers of discount as well as offer for exchanging the new maruti car with any other brand old car.
Simply by reducing the invoice price and it automatically reduces the Insurance Premium as well as Life Tax payable Does it
amounts to discounts that are being offered by you?
Indulging such practices with customers by saying or offering something which is different from records will not be good and it will
breaches the good faith & trust that is reposed on you from the customers end.
As such I request to the management as well as the persons involved in this matter to rectify the same, do the needful to the trusted
customer who comes to your showroom with good faith
