Allied Trades of the Baking Industry (ATBI) is a fraternal organization that serves all of the segments of the baking industry
by providing financial support to a wide variety of local, regional, national and even international associations. ATBI in many
ways is a vehicle in which individuals and companies can demonstrate their dedication to the baking industry. ATBI
provides a means in which they can support the wholesale baking industry in a way that demonstrates that they are
partners - and not just vendors - with the companies they serve.

AIB International (widely known as the American Institute of Baking) is committed to protecting the safety of the food supply
chain and delivering high value technical and educational programs. The original mission of the organization was to "put
science to work for the baker," and that basic theme is still central to all of the programs, products, and services provided
by AIB to baking and general food production industries worldwide. AIB serves many segments of the food processing,
distribution, foodservice, and retail industries worldwide. Today's AIB is well-positioned in the following areas: Audit
Services, Food Safety Education, School of Baking , and Research and Technical Services.

Campden BRI is the largest membership-based food and drink research centre in the world. We undertake R&D for the
many industries associated with agriculture, food and drink manufacture, distribution, retailing and food service: in essence,
those industries which together make up the agri-food chain.
The Grain Foods Foundation (GFF), a joint venture of members of the milling and baking industries formed in 2004, is
dedicated to advancing the public's understanding of the beneficial role grain-based foods play in the human diet. Its
efforts center around the underlying theme: "Bread: It's Essential." For the latest GFF news, go to the GFF

The National Association of Wheat Growers was founded more than 60 years ago by producers who wanted to work
together for the common good of the industry. Today, NAWG works with its 21 affiliated state associations and many
coalition partners on issues as diverse as federal farm policy, environmental regulation, the future commercialization of
biotechnology in wheat and uniting the wheat industry around common goals.
The North American Millers' Association (NAMA) is the trade association of the wheat, corn, oat and rye milling industry. It is
comprised of milling member companies operating mills in the United States and Canada and associate member
companies representing the industries providing products and services to the mills. The aggregate production capacity of
NAMA milling members is more than 160 million pounds of product daily, which is about 95 percent of the total U.S.
capacity.
Organized in 1905, the Wisconsin Bakers Association is made up of retail and small wholesale bakeries, multi-unit
operations, supermarket bakeries, and specialty shops. There is also a special category of membership for those who are
in the allied trades, for students, and associate members. You are invited to join us in growing the WBA
network.
