We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are
endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life,
Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness
( the Rights of Free Americans comes from this document and it’s resulting
independence. The Constitution was written to protect these Rights and nothing else. He
who claims Rights under the Constitution is not claiming unalienable Rights, but
privileges. Citizens refers to free men in the Declaration, not subjects as in the
Constitutions)
Here follows some of the reasons for independence back then.
Are these reasons for independence today? If yes, then who has replaced the
tyrannical KING?
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the
amount and payment of their salaries.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution,
and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended
Legislation:
For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they
should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of
twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who
shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
Article II Section 1.
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the
time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age
of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

each State shall receive not less than 0.5 percent of the grant funds made available

(2) the term `` individual '' means a citizen of the United States
or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence;
(13) the term `` Federal personnel '' means officers and employees of the
Government of the United States, members of the uniformed services (including
members of the Reserve Components), individuals entitled to receive immediate or
deferred retirement benefits under any retirement program of the Government of the

(14) ‘‘State’’ means any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the
Northern Marianas, or any territory or possession of the United States.
( Now here the expression, “several States” is taken from our Constitution for the
simple purpose of misleading us. In the Constitution it means the independent States,
but in the US Code, because it does not quote the Constitution as it’s source,or names
the specific States, it means something else)

SUBTITLE I--GENERAL
§ 103. United States
In this title, ‘‘United States’’, when used in a geographic sense, means the States of
the United States and the District of Columbia.
( Now here "the States" is not any of the 50 independent States. States refers to
something which is of the United States and of the District of Columbia. Not one of the
50 independent States is owned by the United States, and no part of any of the 50
independent States is owned by the United States, that would be against the
Constitution, which restricts the Government to the ten square mile called the District of
Columbia )

(a) General
The value of the gross estate of the decedent shall be determined by
including to the extent provided for in this part, the value at the time
of his death of all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, wherever situated.
