Purpose of this document is to show what a US Citizen really is to the so called
Government of the US. Every term from individual to child to corporation to employee
to human being and property is in fact a US citizen. All these terms have been
corrupted and legally mean the same thing.
Unless one renounces his US citizenship, he and his children can only exist as
property/slaves of the United States Corporation, without the natural right to ever own
anything.
If it seems confusing following the Code sections in this summarized document, we
understand. The truth is that the US Code is purposely written to be confusing, because
it is trying to make the wrong seem right, this can only be accomplished through
deception and lots of propaganda. If you believe you are a free American Citizen, the
deception/propaganda has worked well.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are
endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life,
Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness
( the Rights of Free Americans comes from this document and it’s resulting
independence. The Constitution was written to protect these Rights and nothing else. He
who claims Rights under the Constitution is not claiming unalienable Rights, but
privileges. Citizens refers to free men in the Declaration, not subjects as in the
Constitutions)
Here follows some of the reasons for independence back then.
Are these reasons for independence today? If yes, then who has replaced the
tyrannical KING?
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the
amount and payment of their salaries.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution,
and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended
Legislation:
For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they
should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:

Preamble
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish
Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the
general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,
do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
( “We the People” created the Constitution, therefore each of us can choose to be one of
the “We the People” or one “of the United States”, but we cannot be both)

It is imperative that we all fully comprehend the following two definitions:

Article III, Section 3 — Treason
Treason, then, is defined only as going to war against the USA, or aiding the enemies of
the USA. To be convicted, the accused must confess to treason, or be accused by two
direct witnesses of the treason.
Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868.
1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the
jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they
reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or
immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of
life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its
jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
( In these next two Constitutional sections, we see that one can be a Representative or
President without being born in the United States, but only if one is a Citizen of the
United States )

Article I Section 2.

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of
twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who
shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

Article II Section 1.
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the
time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age
of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The word ``individual'' is substituted for ``officer'' as the definition of ``officer'' in


section 2104 is narrower than the word ``officer'' in
R.S. Sec. 184 which word includes ``officers'' as defined in section
2104 as well as notaries public who are not ``officers'' under section
2104, but are ``officers'' as that word is used in R.S. Sec. 184.
Sec. 2104. Officer
(a) For the purpose of this title, ``officer'', except as otherwise
provided by this section or when specifically modified, means a justice
or judge of the United States and an individual who is--
(1) required by law to be appointed in the civil service by one
of the following acting in an official capacity--
(A) the President;
(B) a court of the United States;
(C) the head of an Executive agency; or
(D) the Secretary of a military department

(a) For the purpose of this title, ``employee'', except as otherwise provided by this

Minimum Standards for Birth Certificates
(a) Definition.--In this section [enacting this note and repealing
provisions set out as a note below], the term `birth certificate' means
a certificate of birth--
(1) for an individual (regardless of where born)--
(A) who is a citizen or national of the United States at
birth; and
(B) whose birth is registered in the United States; and
(2) that--
(A) is issued by a Federal, State, or local government
agency or authorized custodian of record and produced from birth
records maintained by such agency or custodian of record; or
( the mother(officer) and/or father(officer) , subscribe their child to the corporation
upon signing the Birth Certificate in the next section )

paragraph based on the proportion that the estimated average annual number of birth
certificates issued by a State applying for a grant bears to the estimated average annual
number of birth certificates issued by all States.
(C) Minimum allocation.--Notwithstanding subparagraph (B),
each State shall receive not less than 0.5 percent of the grant funds made available
under this paragraph.

State, the District of Columbia, or a territory or possession of the United States, of
which the president and at least two-thirds of the board of directors and other managing
officers are citizens of the United States, which is under the actual control of citizens
of the United States, and in which at least 75 percent of the voting interest is owned or
controlled by persons that are citizens of the United States.

(a) Within thirty days of assuming the position of an officer or


employee described in subsection (f), an individual shall file a report

(f) shall, on or before the thirtieth day after termination of
employment in such position, file a report containing the information
described in section 102(a)

who is authorized to perform adjudicatory functions with respect to

(10) ``judicial officer'' means the Chief Justice of the United States, the Associate

Circuit, Court of International Trade, Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, Court of
Appeals for Veterans Claims, United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and
any court created by Act of
Congress, the judges of which are entitled to hold office during good behavior;

(12) ``Member of Congress'' means a United States Senator, a


Representative in Congress, a Delegate to Congress, or the Resident
Commissioner from Puerto Rico;

(a) The Congress declares that it is the policy of the United
States--

(1) to promote the better execution of the laws, the more


effective management of the executive branch and of its agencies and
functions, and the expeditious administration of the public

(3) to increase the efficiency of the operations of the
Government to the fullest extent practicable;

(1) ``agency'' means--

agency;
(3) ``continental United States'' means the several States and
the District of Columbia, but does not include Alaska or Hawaii;
(4) ``Government'' means the government of the United States and
the government of the District of Columbia;

Columbia )
(6) ``United States'' means the several States, the District of
Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern
Mariana Islands, the territories and possessions of the
United States, and the areas and installations in the Republic of
Panama that are made available to the United States pursuant to the
Panama Canal Treaty of 1977 and related agreements (as described in

As used in this chapter the term--


(a) ``State'' includes the District of Columbia.
(b) ``executives of each State'' includes the Board ofCommissioners of the District of
Columbia.

and their executives are not Governors but commissioners )

In this title, ‘‘United States’’, when used in a geographic sense, means the States of
the United States and the District of Columbia.
( Now here "the States" is not any of the 50 independent States. States refers to
something which is of the United States and of the District of Columbia. Not one of the
50 independent States is owned by the United States, and no part of any of the 50
independent States is owned by the United States, that would be against the
Constitution, which restricts the Government to the ten square mile called the District of
Columbia )

(a) Youth Organization Defined.--In this section, the term `youth


organization' means--
(1) the Boy Scouts of America;
(2) the Girl Scouts of the United States of America;
(3) the Boys Clubs of America;
(4) the Girls Clubs of America;
(5) the Young Men's Christian Association;
(6) the Young Women's Christian Association;
(7) the Civil Air Patrol;
(8) the United States Olympic Committee;
(9) the Special Olympics;
(10) Campfire USA;
(11) the Young Marines;
(12) the Naval Sea Cadets Corps;
(13) 4-H Clubs;
(14) the Police Athletic League;
(15) Big Brothers--Big Sisters of America;

(17) any other organization designated by the President as an
organization that is primarily intended to--
(A) serve individuals under the age of 21 years;
(B) provide training in citizenship, leadership, physical
fitness, service to community, and teamwork; and
(C) promote the development of character and ethical and moral values.

Sec. 1982. Property rights of citizensAll citizens of the United States shall have the same
right, in
every State and Territory, as is enjoyed by white citizens thereof to
inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold, and convey real and personal property.( in this next

now we are all as fortunate as the “white citizen” )

All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States shall have
the same right in every State and Territory to make and enforce contracts, to sue, be
parties, give evidence, and to the full and equal benefit of all laws and
proceedings for the security of persons and property as is enjoyed by white citizens,

(3) The term ``alien'' means any person not a citizen or national of

a foreign country.

(13)(A) The terms ``admission'' and ``admitted'' mean, with respect


to an alien, the lawful entry of the alien into the United States after
inspection and authorization by an immigration officer.

(14) The term ``foreign state'' includes outlying possessions of a

No passport shall be granted or issued to or verified for any other


persons than those owing allegiance, whether citizens or not, to the United States.
