rating cooling fans of 25 / 31.5 MVA PTR-I at 220 KV Rajampeta SS.

Proposal in brief :

The existing 25/31.5 MVA Power Transformers-I&II M/S EMCO make

have16nos. Cooling fans out of these 11 nos. Cooling fans are not working, the
Cooling fans are very essential for controlling the winding and oil temperatures in
summer and during peak loads to Power Transformers. Hence in view of the above
the estimate is prepared based on the lowest rates quoted by the contactor and
submitted for sanction. The expenditure is chargeable to O & M works of 220 KV
Rajampeta SS. The detailed estimate of the 11nos. defective cooling fans is
furnished below.

Cost of the estimate:

The estimate was prepared on the rates quoted by Vijay Elec. Works,
Kadapa and worked out to Rs. 9581-00 (Rupees Nine Thousend five hundred and
eighty One only) and the expenditure is chargeable to A/C No.74-100 of R & M of
plant and machinery.

Conclusion:
The estimate may be sanctioned and communicated at an early date please.

Proposal in brief :

The existing 10/16 MVA Power Transformer –II M/S NGEF make has 8
nos. Cooling fans out of these 6 nos. Cooling fans are not working, the Cooling
fans are very essential for controlling the winding and oil temperatures in summer
and during peak loads. Hence in view of the above the estimate is prepared based
on the lowest rates quoted by the contactor and submitted for sanction. The
expenditure is chargeable to O & M works of 132 KV Badvel S.S. The detailed
estimate of the 6 nos. defective cooling fans is herewith furnished.
Cost of the estimate:

The estimate was prepared on the rates quoted by Sri Lakshmi Electrical
Works, Kadapa and worked out to Rs. 11151-00 ( Rupees eleven thousand one
hundred fifty only ) and the expenditure is chargeable to A/C No.74-100 of R &
M of plant and machinery.
Conclusion:
The estimate may please be sanctioned and communicated at an early date
please.
