freight, sea freight, logistics and passenger service. Database record and update each & every
delivery in detail along with product registrations and customer ids. through various
applications and ERP interfaces, multiple Oracle databases in development, integration test,
user acceptance test, quality assurance, performance and production environments, deliver
seamless information to the operational teams helping them to focus on innovate solutions
that reduce cycle times for our customer and accelerate the delivery of life-enhancing
distribution departments to fetch the details of the containment to be delivered.
Responsibilities:

• Involved in DBA support for 24/7 Production Environments

• Taking full Database and archive log backup through RMAN by weekly incremental
backup and monthly full backup.
• Creation of tablespaces and datafiles for the project requirement.
• Identifying locks detecting the locked and blocked object’s session, and releasing the
same for usage.

records, marketing & dispatching details are managed & updated 24/7 with at most accuracy
& quality to satisfy the client’s needs. Various departments involved in the entire operations
such as production, sales & distribution team access the centralized database to implement
the projects as per the schedule, midlevel management & operational teams access the
database through various report generation tools & report to the management, clients and end
users across the world access 24/7 to track the product delivery, service and support
requirements.
Responsibilities:

• To Check Alert Log errors and to make necessary actions to rectify them.
• Creation of schema with quota maintenance.
• Maintain database users, auditing database & system security levels and granting
appropriate privileges/ roles to the users.

Transportation materials, customs clearance and warehouse details. It’s a 24/7 availability
environment which primary provide the customers service teams around the globe with
the customer specific cargo status details to the end-users.
Responsibilities:

• Primary job is to resolve the tickets based on problem management or change

requests.
 • Creating new users with quotas and giving them the required roles and
privileges accordingly and maintaining their profiles.
• Checking the mails, alert logs and trace files for errors.
• Creating and managing primary storage structures (Tablespaces) and objects
