 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 One report on test (s) conducted by SEC will be issued to the customer.
2 The report shall contain all the parameters measured at SEC along with the
Parameters required as per the MNRE specifications and claims made by manufacturer the
sample that has been tested.
3 The report contains the following disclaimer:

a) This is a report on measurements carried out on the product / samples No.--------

at the Solar Energy Centre.
b) The sample has been selected and submitted by customer.
c) The data contents in this report do not constitute a qualification
Certificate under any set of specifications.
d) The measurements made and results reported in this test report are valid
At the time of and under stipulated conditions of measurement”.
4 The test report if reproduced for any purpose, commercial or otherwise,
Should be reproduce in full. Reproduction of a part of the report or an abstract thereof is
not permitted.
5 For identification purpose, all material supplied to the Centre for testing
Purpose shall be marked clearly and indelibly as per the standard.
6 The tentative period for testing of the lighting systems is one month from
The date of submission however this period can be very depending along with situation of
equipment and priority.
7 Solar Energy Centre shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused

8 This test report is not a legal document and is not valid for any kind of legal Formalities.

required to be satisfied.
A. Regarding System.
1. Complete PV lighting system including the PV module & storage battery (in full
charge condition) etc. As per latest MNRE specification.
2. Circuit diagram matching to the circuit provided in lighting system.
3. Component layout diagram.
4. PCB layout.
5. Bill of materials.
6. Instruction manual (Should be Printed in English & Local Language)
7. Warranty Card.
8. The test or measurement data claim of manufacturer.
B. Regarding Company.
1. Profile of Company and Photographs of industry (production & testing facility)
