liam R. Timken, Jr. and Consul General Matthew G. Boyse recently Summer
presented the Ambassador’s Certificate of Appreciation to Hartwig May 30
Pruessmann, our German Programmes Director, for his lasting contri-
butions to promoting relations between Germany and the US. Hartwig Fall
has worked for EPA and Open Door International, formerly Nacel October 30
Open Door, for over 20 years advocating for educational and cultural
exchanges that build understanding between the US and Germany. Spring
