Mr. Tahir has a medium time horizon for 3 years because he want liquidity in future for
the marriage of his daughter so that¶s why he choose medium term.

Asset is liquid if it can be quickly converted into fair market value. Investor may have
liquidity needs, as I tell he need cash in future so that¶s why he its is best portfolio for
him.

Every asset class has an associated level of risk and expected return. The amount of
assets you put in each category depends on how much volatility you can tolerate. Mr.
Tahir plans to always have at least 5% in cash, but never more than 10%. He would never
want to have more than 40% of his assets in bonds. And the current percentage of the
stock of Mr. Tahir is 40%.Further; he¶d never want to have less than 20% of his assets in
shares. These limits represent how much risk Mr. Tahir is willing to take with his overall
portfolio.
?
2"*?(#?
Invest the total assets with the above asset allocation module and follow the rule of
diversification to minimize the chances of risk. Try to maintain the rate of return above
from minimum level of 3%. If the share losses it 1.4% of market price, sell it and try to
compensate the loss from other shares or invest in the qomi bachet saving scheme.
?8*)#
For evaluation, Mr. Tahir will compare the total return of each security to the benchmark
which they set. He'll also ask whether he is able to reach his goals.
Even if your investments fall short of your benchmarks, you may not want to sell them if
they¶re still getting you to your goals.?
