NIGHT SCHOOL AND ONLINE LEARNING CREDIT COURSES
The Toronto Catholic District School Board offers Night School and online eClass credit courses under the OSS curriculum guidelines.
Parents and students should consult with their day school guidance counsellor regarding diploma requirements, course selections, and prerequisite
courses. Course selections must be made in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines.

Enter your 9-digit OEN (Ontario Education Number). This number is not your student number and it is located on the top of your transcript/report card/

Select your First Choice course. If applicable, refer to your transcript/credit counselling summary to enter the prerequisite course and mark for your
8 selection. (For example: Grade 12 English University ENG4U requires Grade 11 English University ENG3U with a passing mark.Enter this information in
the appropriate fields.)

9 Make another selection under Second choice course in case your first choice is cancelled at the same Night School location. *This step is optional.

After pressing the Submit button, review your information and edit it if necessary. Once you complete this step, an email message will be sent to you at

11 In the email with the subject line “Your request information from TCDSB Continuing Education” you must select one of the three options:

i. Confirm your request information - By pressing this you certify that your registration information is correct.

ii. Edit request - Allows you to make a change to your registration form.
*VERY IMPORTANT: Once you confirm, this option will be disabled and you will not be allowed to make changes to your course selection. If you need to
make a change after confirming, you must delete your request and re-register.

iii. Cancel Request - Allows you to delete your request.

12 After choosing option i. Confirm your request information - a pop up window containing your registration form will appear on your screen. Please print
this form and obtain the necessary signatures/school stamp on the registration form and submit to the Night School location along with your transcript on
the first evening of classes. *Adults are not required to obtain a school stamp or other signatures. Adult learners who are between 18 years and 21 years
old must provide a transcript at the time of registration.
Students that request a course may receive an acceptance email any day starting on February 6th up to the March 1st depending on availability. Adult learners
experiencing technical difficulties with applying online may register in person on Wednesday, February 10th anytime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at our Continuing
Education Department located at 80 Sheppard Ave. East.
If you are registering for more than one course, you must fill out another online registration form. One registration form is required per course. Students can expect
an acceptance email from the principal up to the second evening of classes.
