GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS REGARDING RESEARCH PROJECT

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS:
1. A Power Point presentation related to the research project is to be prepared and
presented before the evaluation committee in the lecture of RESEARCH PROJECT.
2. The Project Report after the last date of submission will not be accepted.

NUMBER OF PAGES:
As per the requirement of project, but not less than 60 and more than 120 pages.

TYPING INSTRUCTIONS:
o Border Indents
Top, Bottom & Right – 1 Inch
Left – 1.5 Inch
o Page Numbering – Bottom centered
o Font Type – Times New Roman/ Arial
o Font Color – Black only
o Font Size – Uniform & Consistent throughout the report

Chapter Heading – 16 (Bold)

Titles – 14 (Bold)
Normal Text – 12 (Regular)
o Line Spacing – 1.5
o Graphical Presentation – Color / Black & White
o Reference Number - Each and every Table / Exhibit / Figure must be assigned its reference
number. E.g. – Table 1.1, Fig 1.1, etc.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
o Paper – Executive Bond
o First Copy - Original in all respects.
o Second Copy – Originally printed / photocopy of the FIRST copy.

BINDING INSTRUCTIONS:
o First Copy – Original Project Report – BLACK BINDING
o Second Copy – Photocopy of Original – BLACK BINDING

SUBMITTING PROJECT REPORT:

Project Report is to be submitted on or before due date to your Coordinator after getting
approved by your faculty incharge.
o First Copy – Original Project Report + 1 CD Format : Will be submitted for Evaluation
o Second Copy – For Library (To be submitted along with original copy)
