All these peoples in the list above have been obligating and forcing me to proof that I am an innocent man in front
of my accusers. All these people above have been conspiring and depriving me of my legal rights. I am innocent
until the opposite is proven. This has been in a clear act of discrimination and segregation between Danish
authorities and USA officials. I want to exercise my right under the Sixth amendment 2 of the Constitution of The
United States of America to confront my accusers in an open and public court case and I am asking you not to
sabotage, delay or obstruct the exercitation of this right. Deny me this right, and You Florida attorney general Pam
Bondi, you will be committing an act of Justice Obstruction 3 and violation of The USA Constitution.

The Danish policemen Nicolai Cederskjold and Anders Bitsch committed Torture, Kidnapping, violations of
Freedom of Expression and violations of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963. Article 36 (a,b,c)
and as my USA passport state in page 4.4. This law also known as VCCR, it is protected by the USA Constitution.

Jens Rasmussen, is a Danish Police Prosecutor accused for: Hidden key evidences in court, (to both my lawyers
and the Jury) violations of Freedom of Expression and violations of VCCR. Besides that this document is already in
your hands, it is also in the hands of USA President Barack Hussein Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and
FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III.

I am asking you, USA Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, to immediately request to Interpol the arrest and
extradite to USA territory to face legal prosecution these Danish policemen for the crimes mentioned above, under the
“Mutual Legal Assistance and Extradition Agreements. USA - Denmark”. To fail this, it will be an act of Justice
Obstruction.

All legal appellation levels in Denmark have been exhausted, and that also includes the Queen of Denmark,
Margrethe II.

It is my will, under the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution to confront my accusers, in an open and public
court case. To fail this, it will be an act of Justice Obstruction.

This document from Danish Crown Prosecutor Jens Rasmussen, hidden to my former lawyers Hanne Rahbaek and
Anders Skovholm and jury in two consecutive court process (first court and second appellation) is one of the evidences in
front of the European Court of Human Rights “Herrera Padron vs. Denmark” case number: 55481/09. A legal step that I
have been obligated to do due that USA officials denied me my legal protection rights and forced me to proof that I am an
innocent man.

Note: You have already had a Danish female citizen, Camilla Broe 6 (acquitted of charges by court) extradited under
this mutual agreement and prosecuted, judged and sentenced her in front of a Miami Justice court. She had USA
inmate number: #82672-004.So there is no excuses or justifications to deny me this right to confront my accusers,
both the Danish policemen and all the USA officials involved.

It is already a fact that both USA Attorney General Eric Holder and former Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum
committed justice obstruction and it is your obligation to immediately prosecute them. To fail this, it will be an act of
Justice Obstruction.

I ask you with all due respect, that you immediately and without any hesitation deliver to me all case-numbers for
each of these indictments already delivered to your office; to fail that it is an act of Justice Obstruction.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi: under the “Mutual Legal Assistance and Extradition Agreements. USA-
Denmark”, do not hesitate to request Danish authorities for all documentation related to this case. With this letter I am
giving you full legal power and full disclosure.

You are legally warned. If you, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, insist to obstruct my legal rights, I will be in the
obligation without options to dispatch an indictment against your person for Justice Obstruction, Conspiracy
Against my Rights and Deprivation of Rights under the Color of Law.
