promoted to Major on 29 July 2005.
transferred to Group 225 as Deputy
Commander.

New member Bruce H. Basehart, has been
promoted to First Lieutenant as a Health
Services Officer on Group 224 Staff. Lt.
Basehart is a former U.S. Army Lieutenant,
and holds three earned Masters degrees in
Aviation Safety, Public Health, and
Occupational Health and Safety
Engineering.

On 26 August, Major Ulmer also received a QQQQQQQQQQQ

commission as a Captain, Judge Advocate, For upcoming CAP events and info, check
