The SA2100 HF/SSB Transceiver combines powerful microprocessors and robust analog circuitry in a compact package to
meet the demands of today’s HF voice networks. Its conservatively rated solid state RF power amplifier delivers up to 100
Watts PEP, low power settings are available. The receiver utilizes a dual conversion technique employing a low-noise wide
dynamic range front end. Modes of operation include J3E (USB), J3E (LSB), A3E (AME), and F1E (FM Data) (with optional
external modems).

This compact transceiver is designed as a cost effective soultion for mobile and fixed station applications where extensive
feature sets are not required. The radio offers basic SSB, AME and some data mode operations in a package which is easy
and intuitive to operate.

A widescreen daylight readable LCD presents the current operating status such as frequency, (or) channel, power, local or
remote control. A bar graph meter selectively indicates S-meter, forward and reverse RF power levels. Display is back lighted
with 5 selectable levels.

The transceiver operates on a nominal 13.8 VDC for mobile operation. When coupled with the matching AC power supply, the
transceiver will operate from 110 VAC / 220 VAC / 50-60 Hz.

Major features include operation in a channelized mode, limiting operators to predefined channels, up to 100. Optionally, the
transceiver can be programmed in a VFO mode to allow continous frequency coverage if desired.
