I.Configuration
1. Set working mode:
SET WORKSTATUS: MASTERSYNCMODE=Frequence;
2. Add input clock source
ADD SRVCLKSRC: PortID=REFIN2, CLKTYPE3=2048kHz0_balance;
3. Set the switching mode of input clock source
SET SRVCLKMODE: SWAPTYPE=AUTO;
4. Set type of out put clock signal
SET SRVCLKOUT: ClkFreq=LOCKED_2048KHz;
 5. Set Client mode: to set output port type, No. of client (NodeB/BTS that IPCLK
support)
SET CLIENTMODE: NETPORTMODE=FE, BIGBASE=512, SMALLBASE=0;
6. Set PTP parameter:
SET PTPPARA: PTPMODULE=MODULE1, DOMAIN=0,
ANNOUNCE=1/64hz, SYNC=16hz, RECEIPT=32, PRIORITY1=128,
PRIORITY2=128;
7. Set PTP parameter
SET PTPFILE: PTPMODULE=MODULE1;
After set PTP parament + PTP file , we need to reset IPCLK1000. (RST BRD:;)
II. Checking result
1. Check working mode
LST WORKSTATUS:;
DSP WORKSTATUS:;
2. Server clock status + current source
a. DSP SRVCLKSTAT:;
i. Result : Current clock status = Lock
b. DSP SRVCURSRC:;
3. List server clock link source
a. LST SRVCLKSRC:;
4. List server clock output
a. LST SRVCLKOUT:;
b. Check if all data is consistent.
c. CHK DATA:;

B. CONFIG IPCLK AT NODEB

I. Checking before configuration
1. BOOTP time: If nodeB start bootp process, you can not implement some commands
about clock setting.

2. Version V100R002C01SPC200 doesn’t support protocol type: HW_Defined. So when you

set clock mode, you need to choose clock mode as PTP.

II. Configuration
SET CLKMODE: MODE=MANUAL, CLKSRC=PTP, IPMODE=MANUAL,
SN=7;
ADD IPCLKLNK: SRN=0, SN=7, CIP="10.17.144.214", SIP="10.17.144.210",
ICPT=PTP;
If use the Layer 3: ADD IPRT
III. Check result
1. Check physical connection by ping to IPCLK server:
PING: SRN=0, SN=7, IP="10.17.144.210", SRCIP="10.17.144.214",
CONTPING=DISABLE;
2. Check Clock link:
DSP IPCLKLNK: SRN=0, SN=7, LN=0;
Link must be: Nomal and Active.
3. Check Clock status:
 DSP CLKSTAT: SN=7;
Clock status must be (after a 30minutes): Locked
LST CLKMODE:;

Muon add IPCLOCK to M2000 or OM network

Add ETHIP follow LLD
Add IPR (No) to O&M network.
