4. Pull the grille out and remove the four (4) 10mm
hex nuts securing the factory chrome grille bar to
the bumper cover and remove the chrome bar (not
reused).

retainling clips holding the factory emblem to the
grille. Apply tape around the perimeter of the
emblem and one strip down each side of the “H”.

5. Reinstall the factory Torx T-30 bolts retaining the
bumper cover to the radiator support panel and
thoroughly tighten.

9. Peel off the tape backing and align the emblem on-
to the mounting plate, making sure the mounting
pins pass through the holes in the emblem plate.
10. Install the emblem onto the factory grille using the
supplied black plastic washers, #10 lock washers
and #8-32 ESNA stainless steel hex nuts.

6. Cut out the supplied hole location template and
align it onto the bumper cover, making sure that
the template fits into the recess and lines up with
the sides near the headlights. Tape the template
into place to prevent it from shifting location. Use
an awl or similar pointed tool to mark the hole
locations onto the driver’s side bumper cover.
Untape the template and flip it over to mark the
passenger side hole locations.
7. Remove the templates and drill through all marks
made on the bumper cover with a 5/64” drill bit.
Use the drill bit to connect the double holes to
make mounting slots to allow for slight left to right
alignment adjustments.
11. Shop Tip: For cars painted colors other than black
or dark blue: Apply masking tape to tape up to
a scotch brite pad or fine sandpaper to scuff the
inside the factory upper grille opening with flat or
semi-gloss black paint.
12. For all cars: Paint any visible portion of the radiator
and core support with flat or semigloss black paint
and allow to dry.
13. Remove the front tag bracket if equipped by
removing the factory screws across the top of the
front tag bracket (if installed) and the two 10mm
hex bolts. Remove the factory clips from the
bumper cover (not reused).
14. Open the hood and lift up on the centers of the
plastic push fasteners to release them. Remove the
push pins and remove the radiator cover.

15. Align the the mounting pins on the upper grille
with the holes drilled in the bumper cover. Rotate
the upper grille back into place and drill through
the five upper mounting hole locations and
through the bumper cover with a 7/64” drill bit
and install the supplied black truss head screws.

19. Align the the mounting pins on the lower grille
with the holes drilled in the bumper cover lower
opening. Rotate the lower grille back into place,
making sure that the top mounting studs pass
through the existing openings in the lower grille.
20. Front underneath, install the black plastic washers
and the ESNA half nuts to secure the lower grille
into place.
21. Remove the masking tape by pulling it back over
itself to minimize tape breakage.
22. Reinstall the lower bumper push fasteners.

1/2” black truss head screws in the recessed areas
(not shown) to finish.

 WARRANTY INFORMATION:
E&G Classics, Inc. warrants its chrome parts and products to be free from defects in mate-
rial, workmanship or finish for Thirty-Six (36) months from the date of shipment by E&G. This
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at E&G Classics option, of the defective part
or product.
To obtain performance under this warranty you must:
1.) Present your E&G unit to an authorized distributor in your area with proof of purchase.
2.) If no distributor is available, contact E&G Classics (address below) for authorization to
return unit.
3.) Returns - All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise approved by E&G for
return must have been purchased within the Thirty-Six (36) months. All returns require an
authorization number obtained from E&G and the actual return must be accompanied by
the written authorization form filled out completely. All merchandise must be inspected
upon receipt and shortages reported within 48 hours. All merchandise must be in a resal
able condition. Merchandise must be packed carefully in the original packing. If original
packing is no longer usable, repack item(s) comparable to original manner. All returns are
subject to a 25% handling charge. Special order items are not returnable. Defective mer-
chandise must have an explanation of the problem. No credit will be issued unless invoice
number and date of purchase has been supplied. Manufacturer shall be sole judge of
defects in a product.
4.) UPS accounts - All returns must be prepaid. Do not send return shipments freight collect.
Once E&G has made its decision and it is a claim against our warranty policy, E&G will cred-
it incoming freight on damaged parts.
5.) No discontinued part or parts changed due to body style are returnable.

You are responsible for inspecting all packages containing E&G Classics' parts and product imme-
diately upon their receipt and must file a claim with the carrier for any damage disclosure by such
inspection and notify E&G classics in writing at the above address of any such damage. This war-
ranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident
or have been altered or repaired in any way. This warranty does not cover any accidental or conse-
quential damages for any breach of this warranty agreement. E&G Classics shall have no responsi-
bility for any loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damage, nor shall E&G
be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property by reason of any defect in material, work-
manship or finish of its parts or products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
