Q&A
1. How will this offer and the associated product sales be tracked?
a. The package tracking USOCs will be used to track the offer and associated product sales.
2. What if we refer the wireless piece to the Scanner/Wireless Specialist and the wireless sale does not go through? Will the customer
still get the promo pricing? What should sales do in this case? Inbound team cannot handle call back to customers.
a. Sellers should qualify customers up-front:
i. Advise customers if they are not credit qualified OR that a deposit is going to be required.
ii. If the customer does not want to pay the deposit or is not credit qualified, the wireless order would stop there.
iii. If they are willing to pay the deposit, continue on to the Scanner.
3. What if a customer orders DSL but when the Technician gets to the premise, it is actually unavailable? Will the customer still get the
promo pricing? What should sales do in this case?

a. The customer would still get All for Less promotional pricing on the remaining components.
4. We realize the higher speeds of U-verse do not qualify for this promotion, but what if the customer has the other required components
and wants higher speed U-verse?
a. The customer can subscribe to 12,18 or 24M U-verse where available, they will pay the associated rates for those speeds. The
customer will still receive the All for Less pricing on the remaining components.
5. We cannot order Shared Web Hosting and Tech Support 360 for brand new customers in BOOST because they don’t have a BTN yet.
a. Follow the same process that you have today.
b. If they have a live BTN, they can bill it to that BTN.
c. If the BTN is not yet established, sales can hold the order until the BTN is ‘live’ or the customer can credit card bill.
d. New order functionality launched Mid-September in BOOST to allow for the order to be taken before the BTN is ‘live’ and the
system will automatically ‘look’ for the BTN for 30 days.
6. If a customer TSAs / supersedes an account, would we be able to sell All For Less to that customer?
a. A newly superseded account would have to meet the AFL qualifications just like any other customer. If an account had an
established AFL Agreement on it, that account is not eligible to transfer responsibility of the remaining T&Cs of the AFL
Agreement to a new customer.
7. How do we treat customers who become eligible for higher speeds once they’ve purchase the bundle, i.e. from 3M to 6M DSL (not
ADSL2+)?
a. The Broadband rate in this offer is $30 for 1.5-6M. So the customer could upgrade.
9. If the customer removes a component of the All for Less, will we be rerating them to rack or current rates, and if we are to rerate the
LD and DSL will the customer be on a new 1-yr term?
a. All for Less is a virtual bundle. If a customer removes a component under their agreement they will be responsible for the ETF
on that component.
10. In SE, for customers who don’t do AFL and just have a CCB package, is $9 VM still available or is it moving to $10 for them as well?
a. The $9 VM with CCB is still available.
11. Is the agreement in Siebel going to be called All for Less (New/Existing)?
a. Yes.

12. It states that after the term ends the DSL is still $30 MTM. Is that forever? Or is it subject to change?
a. It is on month to month, but that implies that it that the price could change at any time after point. There is no contractual
obligation for the customer to stay and also no commitment from AT&T to keep the prices constant during that period of time.
13. If the customer already has CBB, Flex, and DSL can we get them All For Less by selling a 2nd DSL? And would both DSLs go to the
$30 price?
a. Yes and Yes, $30 for 1.5-6M.
14. If we have an All For Less qualified customer, new broadband or new wireless, if customer has more than 1 line....do we put the AFL
USOC on each line or just the main?
a. The tracking USOCs are account based, so one per account.
15. The customer adds Broadband which qualifies them for All For Less, they choose Basic package, we get a call 2 weeks later & sell
them the Backup and Go which would make them a Standard AFL instead of Basic. Do we O/I the AFL USOC so it shows the correct
USOC on the last order the customer placed?
a. No, you should just bolt on the Back Up and Go.
16. The Local service in the Basic package is BLC B. Can a customer order BLC A instead of BLC B and still qualify for the Basic
package?
a. Yes.
17. When a When a customer orders a package for a main line, should the customer order the same package for additional lines? If a
customer orders Premium for a main line, for example, could the customer order Basic for additional lines or should the customer
order Premium for additional lines?
a. Lead with additional Premium lines, but if the customer does not want the BLC (for example) on all lines you can substitute
BLC B on the additional lines. However, when Unlimited LD is sold it must be on all lines. From a tracking USOC perspective,
apply the tracking USOC for the highest package sold.
18. In order to get All For Less pricing for additional lines, should a customer order additional HSI or Mobility for each additional line?
Or can they get AFL pricing on their additional lines even if single HSI or Mobility is newly ordered.
a. No, one new subscription to Broadband or Mobility qualifies all additional lines.
19. What if a customer with existing Local, LD and DSL service is moving to a new location where only IPDSLAM/U-verse is available? If
the customer orders IPDSLAM/U-verse in addition to qualified Local & LD plans, would the customer qualify for this All for Less offer?
a. Yes.
20. Will AFL customers lose their promo and be responsible for ETFs when they move to a new location before their term ends?

a. T&F customers would not loose offer and have to incur ETFs, they would however have to establish all services at the new
location.
21. Does the $10 Unlimited LD have to be on all lines on the Account? Or can some lines be PIC’d to NONE like the other ULD plan we
offer?
a. All lines must be on the ULD Plan in SE. All lines must be on the ULD Plan in the 13 states if ULD is chosen rather than a BOT.
22. Do we know how the SE CCB package will appear on the customer’s bill?
a. The customer will see the full CCB rate for their state and rate group in the local services section of the bill. In the other
charges and credits section they will see a credit for the discounted amount to get the CCB to a NET rate of $35.
23. Do Broadband speed upgrades or upgrades from DSL to U-verse qualify as NEW Broadband?
a. No, speed upgrades or upgrades from one Broadband platform to another do not qualify a customer for AFL. Existing
Broadband customers must order an additional Broadband (2nd) service or New Wireless service to qualify.
24. If an existing customer orders NEW Wireless to qualify for AFL, what do I need to do to their existing services?
a. You must re-term their existing local, ld and dsl to a new 1 or 2 year term and ensure they are on the correct plans (see codes
in this document) to secure the AFL rates.
25. If a multi-line customer orders the Premium package with BLC A on the main line can they order BLC B on the additional lines?
a. Yes, at a minimum there must be one line with BLC A to qualify for the Standard and Premium packages in the 13 states.
26. Is Hunting an extra charge in Business Local Calling B/A and Complete Choice for Business?
a. Hunting is an optional included feature in both the BLC and CCB packages at no additional charge.
27. Do the iPad, MiFi and Samsung Galaxy Tab Wireless devices qualify for AFL?
a. To qualify for All for Less, the customer must agree to a 2 year wireless plan. The AT&T Hotspot (MiFi) requires a 2 year
agreement and would qualify. Stand alone sales of the above mentioned tablets (iPad and Galaxy Tab) without a Plan would not
qualify for All for Less. Customer may purchase a WL Voice/Data device, in addition to the above devices, or New Broadband to
qualify for AFL.
28. Can a customer in SE that originally ordered Fast Access DSL Static @$45 change to Dynamic after install? Will they be billed ETF?
a. Effective with orders issued 2/3, customers can change their DSL service from Static to Dynamic and vice versa after install.
Sales should leave the original TAC FID as is, the appropriate discount will be applied based on the current service on the account
on bill date, no ETF will be billed. Any customers that want to make this change that installed prior to 2/3 please contact your
Channel Manager to escalate to Product Management for assistance. A ‘fix’ process is under development for these cases.

29. Is Voice Mail $10 in Mississippi under AFL, I believe it is $9 in the tariff.
a. VM is not tariffed in SE. The rack rate is $14.95 in Mississippi and in AFL (New/Existing) it can be purchased at a discounted rate
of $10 per mailbox. Please refer any information stating otherwise to your Channel Manager to escalate to Product Management.
30. All for Less requires a Combined Bill, unless there are reasons that Combined Bill is not possible, where can we find those reasons?
a. Correct, AFL does require a Combined Bill unless there are Phoenix system limitations as provided in the Phoenix Small Business
Combined Billing and Support Document. See the link to this document for details on the AFL OIL site:
