Loads of creativity, a bit of Kotler and tonnes of enthusiasm are the only pre-requisites for participating in this event. Triology EVENT FORMAT
• Stage 1: Participants are required to do an Analysis of a particular Consumer Industry of their
choice. Also a product innovation (in the same industry) must be submitted. Top 6 teams will then be invited for the subsequent on campus stages. • Groups can use their own methodologies to analyze the segment; the segment presentation should be on the following lines**: ( Maximum of 5 Slides) • - Segment Market Overview - Value Chain - Key Markets worldwide - Drivers and Inhibitors - Trend Analysis - Unmet Needs - Barriers to entry - Regulatory Landscape - Key Players and their SWOT - Brand Perception Survey
• The Innovation should revolve around the Product (Maximum of 5 Slides).

• Stage 2: Comprises the submission of a comprehensive Integrated Marketing Communications
plan (Includes Social Media, Video (max of 1 min. ad) and Storyboard). This Stage is only for the top 6 teams that are selected for the On-Campus Round.
• Stage 3: Details to be disclosed On-Campus .
Triology RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Event is open to all B-schools
2. Maximum no. of members in a team is 3. Each team can submit a maximum of 1 entry. 3. No participant should be a part of more than 1 team 4. Any number of teams from an institute can take part in this event 5. The Participants have to register themselves through the online event registration portal on the site. Event Registrations will start on 18th October, 2010. 6. The Participants are required to mail their entries to triology@iimklive.com by 23:59 hrs. IST, 30th October with the Subject as Triology_<TeamName>_<Institute> 7. Each entry should have a cover slide mentioning team name, names, e-mail id’s and mobile nos. of the team member(s) and the name of the institute they belong to. 8. The File should be in PDF Format with the following naming convention: Triology_<TeamName>_<Institute>_Industry 9. Members of the selected teams would be reimbursed sleeper class fare upto a maximum of Rs.2000 (2-way). They would be required to submit original tickets. 10.
