LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR CODESITE 2 UTILITIES

This software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty.

The CodeSite Dispatcher may be freely distributed for the purpose of routing Co
deSite messages. The CodeSite Log Viewer may also be freely distributed for the
purpose of viewing CodeSite log files.
Except as provided in this statement, you may not rent, lease, modify, translate
, sublicense, or time-share the software, media, or documentation.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Raize Software, Inc. warrants the physical media (or electronic distribution fil
e) and online help files provided by Raize Software to be free of defects in mat
erials (if provided on disc) and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days fro
m the original purchase date. If Raize Software receives notification within th
e warranty period of defects in materials or workmanship, and determines that su
ch notification is correct, Raize Software will replace the defective media or f
iles.
The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warrant
y shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall
not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, in
cluding but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or spec
ial, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if Raize
Software has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In
no event will Raize Software's liability for any damages to you or any other per
son ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the pac
kage or the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.
RAIZE SOFTWARE, INC. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATION
S, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. A
LL OTHER IMPLIED TERMS ARE EXCLUDED.
Specifically, Raize Software makes no representation or warranty that the softwa
re or documentation are "error-free," or meet any user's particular standards, r
equirements, or needs. In all events, any implied warranty, representation, con
dition, or other term is limited to the electronic distribution file(s) and onli
ne documentation and is limited to the 60-day duration of the limited warranty.
Raize Software is not responsible for, and does not make any representation, war
ranty, or condition concerning product, media, software, or documentation not ma
nufactured or supplied by Raize Software, such as third-parties' programs that a
re designed using Raize Software software or which include Raize Software progra
ms or files.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The Software and documentation are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplic
ation, or disclosure by the government is subject to restrictions as set forth i
n subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial C
omputer Software--Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Contrac
tor/manufacturer is Raize Software, Inc. at 2843 Windsor Drive, Suite 102, Lisle

This statement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the
State of Illinois, United States of America.
