Each platter serves approx. 35-40 people

Vegetable Tray $60.00 Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery, and

cucumbers, served with Ranch dressing.
Fruit Tray $70.00 Seasonal fruits, such as melons,
strawberries, pineapples, and grapes.
Veggie/Fruit Tray $70.00 A combination of the above fruits and
vegetables.
Cheese Tray $55.00 Cubed or sliced Cheddar, Provolone and
Swiss, served with an assortment of
crackers
Hummus Tray $32.00 House-made hummus garnished with
pepperoncinis and kalamata olives, served
with pita bread wedges.
Shrimp Tray $115.00 2.5 lbs of 26-30 count boiled shrimp—
chilled, peeled and deveined—served with
cocktail sauce.
Brie en Croute $55.00 A kilo of Brie topped with chutney and
baked in a puff pastry. Served with an
assortment of crackers at room
temperature.
Chips and Salsa $4.25 Baskets of tortilla chips and house-made
salsa, serves 4-5 people.

Domestic Draft Beer $2.00-$4.75 per pint

$5.65 - $17 per pitcher

Bottled Beer $2.25-$2.75 for most domestics

$3.75 and up for imports and craft beers

Liquor $4.50 for well vodka, gin, rum, scotch or whiskey

$5.50 for well tequila
