A Mission is defined as 'Purpose, reason for being'.

3. Goals & Objectives

The Difference between goals and objectives:

Goals without objectives can never be accomplished while objectives without goals will
never get you to where you want to be. The two concepts are separate but related and will
help you to be who you want to be.
Definition of Goals and Objectives
Goals – are long-term aims that you want to accomplish.
Objectives – are concrete attainments that can be achieved by following a certain number of
steps.

Examples:
Goals – I want to be a better Trader and be consistently profitable, I want to understand
Auction Market Theory better, I want to maximize my Trading Performance.
Objectives – I want to prove my consistency by making at least $500 per day, I will revise
the 1st day of the L2ST 3day seminar 10 times, I want to create at least 3 Daily rituals that
improve my trading psychology and my ability to handle emotions.

Goals are broad objectives are narrow.

Goals are general intentions; objectives are precise.
Goals are intangible; objectives are tangible.
Goals are abstract; objectives are concrete.
Goals can't be validated as is; objectives can be validated.
