3. General information on recruitment procedure:

Step 1 Short-listing all applications.

All applications will be screened to ensure they meet minimum eligibility requirements.
Information provided by the candidates in the appllication forms, CV, statement and other materials provided
should be full and accurate.
Step 2 Writing test
Writing test applied to all applications, including:
Socio: 15 minutes IQ: 15 minutes English: 60 minutes
(*) More specific test within 30 minutes will be applied to technical position.
Step 3 Selection
Formal screening and second short-listing of applicants based on writing test result.
Step 4 Interviewing
4.1 Short-listed applicants will be informed for First interview by Manager level
4.2 Short-listed applicants from first interview will be informed for Final interview by Board of Directors
Step 5 Health check
Selected applicants from Final interview will have to join health check to be sure in good health condition
Step 6 Complete administration procedure and start working
After health checked, any applicants qualified to join TMV have to submit the following documents on the first day
of working:
1. Notarized curriculum vitae in Vietnamese version
2. Notarized family status book
3. Notarized birth certificate
4. Account number of VCB or BIDV
5. Social Insurance book (if any)

4. Result announcement
* Short-listed applicants of each round will be posted on website www.toyotavn.com.vn and informed by e-mail or phone for
the next step.

5. Administrative procedures and documents need for Step 2 & 4:

- Pen and ID card NEXT SHEET
- Be available 10 minutes before the writing test/interview
- Smartly dressed
