OSHA Update on Slips, Trips & Falls,
and Aerial Lift Safety
Every day over 700 workers in America are hurt in a slip, trip or
fall. This presentation will detail some of the best practices, options,
and OSHA’s position on this never-ending worker safety issue.
Presenter will also share the latest OSHA opinions with regard
to aerial lifts and fall protection for their use. There has been
considerable interest in recent letters of interpretation regarding the
requirements for workers.

Change-Order Management
If you are going to be involved in a construction project, then you
will have to deal with change orders. It is important to understand
why change orders occur and to learn how to deal with them to
minimize interruptions for the entire project. This session will help
you: 1) understand the importance of recognizing a change order, 2)
acquire ideas and techniques on how to calculate the time and cost
impacts of change orders, and 3) learn how to price change orders.
