Plastic cladding materials, in general, are resistant to weather,

chemicals and graffiti, require minimal maintenance and have
a good fire rating.

Trespa Meteon
Is a high performance panel for external cladding produced
from thermosetting resins homogeneously reinforced with
wood fibres. Meeting stringent building regulation and fire
ratings, Trespa Meteon is a highly weather resistant high
impact panel that will not fade, will not allow growth of
mould and if defaced by graffiti can be cleaned without impairing
the colour.

Trespa has an expected service life in excess of 30 years

and, when installed in accordance with the manufactures
recommendations, has a 10 year guarantee for colour stability
and mechanical properties. It can be installed using both visible
and invisible fixing methods.

The manufacturing method of Trespa Meteon means that cut

edges do not need to be painted and the faces do not attract
dirt making them very easy to clean.

Trespa Meteon is available in single and double sided, and a

wide colour range including metallic colours.

GRP
(Glassfibre Reinforced Plastic) Is an immensely strong and
impact resistant sheet for internal and external cladding. Panels
are shatterproof and will withstand severe manual attack whilst
requiring virtually no maintenance.

Available in translucent and white in a smooth or patterned

finish to detract from being defaced by graffiti. Fire retardant
grades are also available.

Unlike many plastics materials GRP will not drip or melt in the
event of fire.

PVC
PVC is a very versatile material that is ideally suited to many
cladding applications. Available as a rigid sheet it has high
rigidity and impact strength, low moisture absorbency and has
very good chemical and electrical insulation properties.

PVC is inherently flame retardant meeting the requirements

of BS476 Pt 7 Class 1.
Trovidur
Extruded PVC sheet is readily available in clear, grey, white
and black with a gloss or matt finish. It is easy to cut and
heat form.

Darvic, Cobex
Pressed PVC sheet are produced by laminating thin calendared
foils. This produces a very stable sheet that is suitable for
contact with foodstuffs and may be steam sterilised. Darvic
and Cobex are available in an extensive colour range, including
coloured patterns, and a variety of surface finishes.

Pacton
Is a high impact grade of pressed PVC

Integral Foam
PVC
Is a light weight sheet with a cellular structure and a
smooth glossy hard surface on both sides. Integral Foam
PVC is regularly used for window infill panels and for
sound insulation.

Polypropylene
Polystone P, along with PVC, is one of the most common
materials used for internal wall cladding. Lighter in weight than
PVC it is a tough sheet with good impact strength, electrical
properties and excellent chemical resistance. Polystone P is
suitable for contact with foodstuffs and can be steam cleaned.

Polystone P is readily available in natural, white, grey, black

and blue.
Accessories
Internal cladding panels used in conjunction with proprietary
jointing systems and corner profiles enables very quick
installation with minimum preparation necessary to the
underlying wall surface. It is essential that walls should be
thoroughly cleaned and sterilised before cladding but the
systems are able to accommodate surface imperfections.

Cladding Profile Systems:

A versatile range of profile systems that can be used with your
choice of cladding sheet or dedicated profile and fixing systems
that is specifically for use with Trespa.

Adhesive Pads:
A hidden fixing system using pads and adhesives. Suitable for
internal cladding of walls and ceilings.

Sealant:
A range of sealants and fillers that are compatible with plastics
including, food grade, mildew resistant, clear, white and
coloured and suitable for wet or dry surfaces.

Because of thermal expansion and movement flexible mastic

sealants must be used.
