Personal Profile and Reflection

One of the most important skills for any person is introspection – detailed examination of your own feelings,
thoughts, and motives. To practice being ‘introspective’, you will be putting together a Personal Profile and
Reflection that provides you with insights about your personality, and on your specific skills and abilities. The
information will help you find your strengths, and will help you focus on areas that have room for improvement.

Your profile & reflection must be included in your Entrepreneurship Portfolio.

Your profile & reflection must be completed by March 4th.

The Personal Profile & Reflection items to include in your Entrepreneurship Portfolio are:
 The Personal Profile and Reflection cover sheet/checklist provided
 All of the required assessments
 At least three of the optional assessments
 Your completed personal reflection

Personal Reflection
After completing these exercises, you should have a clearer picture of yourself. The final step is to summarize
your results by completing an analysis of your strengths and weaknesses. Complete the Personal Reflection
handout and add it to your portfolio. Your personal profile is now complete!
