market. Oracle in addition to its core Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) also includes
other packages like JDE, PeopleSoft and Siebel. Oracle Business Applications help in
integrating and supporting business functions of an enterprise. Oracle focus industry/
sectors are: Consumer and Industrial Products, High Tech, Telecom and Media, Oil
and Gas, Financial services, Public sector etc.

The core Oracle modules are: Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management/
Distribution, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Oracle Functional consultants are expected to bring in specialized knowledge of

Business process consulting along with Core module skills of Oracle and help in the
business transformation efforts of the organizations.

Deloitte is looking for professionals who are keen to build their careers as Functional
Consultants in either SAP or Oracle Package Technologies. Candidates should fulfill
below mentioned conditions:

v Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant areas of Management and or

Information Systems. All should have 70% and above in academics.
v Strong Domain Knowledge with excellent business process understanding.
An experience of about 1 year and above is desirable but not a
compulsion.
v Exposure to an ERP product would be preferred
v Previous consulting experience specially in client facing roles would be an
added advantage
v Understanding of Project Life Cycle will be an added advantage.
v Good Aptitude, Analytical Skills and Grasping capabilities.
v Competent communicator (both written and verbal skills in English) with
strong customer focus.
v Willing to relocate anywhere in India or abroad where their projects are
based.
