National Greenhouse and Energy Register

The Greenhouse and Energy Data Officer is required to keep the National Greenhouse and
Energy Register (the Register) under section 16 of the National Greenhouse and Energy
Reporting Act 2007. The Register includes details of each controlling corporation, each group
member, and Reporting Transfer Certificate holder. Under section 16, subsection (3) of the NGER
Act the GEDO may disclose the contents of part or all of the Register to the public.
The table below is an extract of the Register. It provides information for all registered corporations,
including holders of Reporting Transfer Certificates, which are registered under section 17 of the
NGER Act. This extract of the Register may include corporations that do not meet a threshold for
the trigger year in which they have registered.
This extract is a snapshot of the Register at a particular point in time and will be updated
periodically to reflect changes in information provided to the GEDO. This information is as
provided by the corporations.
