There are many networks existing nowadays. In fact, there is a massive competition

among websites. There common aim is to deliver the best information to attain the

needs of the users or learners. We all know that technology is updating, a lot of

available sites that learners can choose depending on their interests. Different websites

consist of different kinds, for example the facebook, a social network where everyone

could be a member to explore and enjoy the different features. This network aims to

connect all people around the world. Another example is the yahoo and the google,

where learners can search information or details that pertains with their interests. It also

consist e-mails where they can send or share messages, pictures and many more.

Furthermore, the latest that I have known to be a fruitful network that surely learners

can gain knowledge and engage in tactful tasks – The E-learning. This kind of network

that involves technology was introduced to us last June 2010 in our Educational

Technology subject. “E-learning is self-directed, allowing students to choose content

and tools appropriate to their differing interests, needs, and skill levels (New

Dimensions in Education : Benefits of E-Learning' 2008). Due to its

existence that gives benefits, more learning, can pursue a

development of skills of an individual and socially inclined. Our group

serves this an inspiration, motivation to create network that will

engage the users not just for learning, social involvement but instead a

network that is completely in package that serves the best output and

features to the users or learners.

The site that our group planned to create consists many features that suits in every

individual. The site is actually for everyone who wishes to be a member; all features in

their respective interests and needs are available in just one website. The key features

of our website include Communication, Resources, Members, Entertainment,

Multimedia, Discussion, Updates, Policies and Help. With this kind of features, the users

will surely enjoy every minute of spending time in our site. It is complete for all needs

can be attain in our site. It is also cool and socially inclined since an individual could

explore and choose anything what they want and share it to the public. It is like

computer networking since it relies upon the theoretical and practical application of

these scientific and engineering disciplines and exchanging and getting data is

applicable it is more on application, letting the users do what they want (Computer

Networking, Wikipedia). In other words, our site provides Education. It is Educational

because we planned our network to be knowledgeable one, not just for entertainment.

For sure, learners or users can gain lessons, there is actually lot of sources from our

sites that can sharpen the mind of each individual, just like for example the feature

entitled Resources, where an individual can research about their assignments,

portfolios, term paper and many more. The website will serve and provide the best for

all the learners. Our creation is also dynamic since it is more on application, lot of things

can be done and it is worth it because everything what you are looking for can be found

in our website and you can easily access the things that you wanted. Our website is

actually knowledgeable network; It is best comparable to E-learning since it gives

information, features which are best for the learners. We tried to see the effect of having

this complete website, having E-learning as its best result. A lot of advantages of having
E-learning as a medium of instruction can make the learners mindful and some of its

advantages are “Convenience and Portability, Flexibility, Greater Collaboration, Higher

Retention, and Global Opportunities” (New Dimensions in Education: Benefits of E-

Learning' 2008). These advantages only highlight, that the site that we planned can

surely provide great things for all individuals.

I have mentioned already the best things in our website. Now, I would like to share our

group learning process that comes up with this idea and how are we going to present

and defend our creation to the class. We were provided a site where we can put all the

details about our creation. There it includes Introduction, Rationale, Justification, Key

features and Blue print. The E-learning serves as our basis in making a complete,

dynamic website. We not just stick into one angle; we also see the things that can catch

up attention to the users that is why we engage our site to be socially inclined network. I

believed that learning can be practice not just educationally but there are actually a lot

of factors that construct learning. “Learning as making sense or abstracting meaning;

Learning involves relating parts of the subject matter to each other and to the real world”

(Learning Theory, infed). Learning can be acquired everywhere even in a simple things

that we used to do implies learning. Our group wants the users to learn lot of things,

learning is a process that is why we provide features that best suits their interests. For

the presentation of our work, we divided the tasks in each member. After doing the work

of one member, all members must polish and add some additional information in his

work. After doing the editing, the work must be finalized and must be posted in the site

provided by our instructor. A group effort will result the best output if members are

responsible enough in their assigned tasks.

Our network is specially designed for each individual who is in great need of

searching for a site that may cater their needs. A site that will surely satisfy

the necessity of all learners in their respective interests. It provides

learning that can sharpen the mind of each individual and it can enhance

and polish the skills of the learners. Our website provides learning and it is

define as, “Learning is acquiring new knowledge, behaviors, skills, values,

preferences or understanding, and may involve synthesizing different types of

information”.
