Section A6702 Programme B.Tech(H)-ECE hereby solemnly affirm and declare that:
1. I wish to pursue Industry Internship Project with Central Electronics Ltd., 4, Industrial Area, Sahibabad
201010(U.P), India.

without getting the prior approval of project to be undertaken in this internship period.
2. I shall abide by the rules, regulations & manual made and amended from time to time by the
Lovely professional University regarding Industry Internship Project.

3. I fully understand that I am proceeding on Internship without project approval on my own risk. In
case of the following, I may be awarded ‘F’ grade and I shall have to repeat the Internship or join the
regular courses to complete the term.

a. I am not allocated the Project by the company or

b. The allocated project / work is not worth spending full term (approx 5-6 months) with the
company i.e quantum of work expected is not worth 15 credits.

c. The project work on evaluation (evaluation on the basis of parameters prescribed in ‘Manual
of Industry Internship / Training Project for ECE department’) is found below the
satisfactory level

4. I understand that the University will call me to the campus for evaluation up to three times during
the internship. I shall attend all evaluations (at my cost and on time) where my work will be
evaluated for
originality, content and understanding for the purpose of the grade.
