This manual provides detailed instructions on how to assemble/disassemble

your new paramotor.
Always remember to follow all the safety precautions provided and to behave
responsibly in order not to jeopardize your own safety and that of others.

 WARNINGS

The manufacturer and distributor DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITIES

originating from the use of the paramotor.
Before using the paramotor, always inspect it thoroughly focusing in particular
on the components that are subject to wear and that require specific
maintenance operations.
Perform all maintenance operations in accordance with the schedule
recommended by the manufacturer or at more frequent intervals when the
paramotor is used in demanding situations (for example in dusty areas or
exposed to atmospheric agents).
It is important to remember that to be able to use the paramotor, users MUST
have a SPORTS DRIVING LICENSE, besides using a helmet and
appropriate clothing at all times.
It is important to remember that the paramotor can be used only in
appropriate areas (authorized fields) and that it is essential to carefully
assess weather conditions (wind, humidity, etc.…) before flying.

Before using the paramotor, carefully read this manual and the one provided
by the engine manufacturer.

This paramotor is not covered against civil damage. Therefore, users are
directly responsible for damages to property or injuries to people deriving
from the use of the paramotor.

 Assembling the frame

• Insert the shoulder (17) and the oval piece (30) into the appropriate
slots on the harness (28), being careful to position the correct pieces on
the left and right sides.

• Assemble part 29 after inserting the hex inserts (57), then align the
holes on the hex inserts with those on the foot.

• Insert the foot (5) into the oval piece and tighten the screws (63, 64 and
65) using, when possible, a high strength sealing compound.

• Position the screw (58), then on the output side of the coupling (29)
assemble the countersunk washer (59), the O-ring (60), the second
countersunk washer (61) and the nut (62) without tightening.

• Follow the same procedure for the right side.

• Insert the pipes (24) with the related accessories (25, 26, 27 and 34), as
shown in Figure 2 on page 5, into the appropriate slots and tighten the
screw (67) after inserting the countersunk washer (66). Use a medium
strength sealing compound when possible. Tighten the screw (58).

• Position the lower damper (54) onto the shoulder (17) remembering to
insert the protective fabric spacer in between, then tighten snugly the
plate (50) using the 4 screws (56).

• Thread the screw (46) into the dampening plate (47) followed by the
shoulder (17). Place in between the spacer in order not to damage the
carbon parts and the dampener (48). Snugly tighten the assembly onto
the cross joint (13).

• Insert the screw (55) and tighten it progressively together with the other
screw (46) in order to slide the assembly onto the cross joint (13) along
a straight line.

• Tighten the screws (56).

• Fix the oval piece (34) in place using the screws (68 and 69) and a high
strength sealing compound.

 • You can now start assembling the circle by joining the ends of the
corresponding parts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9) and applying a slight
pressure on the pushes in order to simplify insertion.

NOTE
When assembling the liners, always remember to insert first the liner onto the
circle, then onto the frame.

• Start by positioning the upper liners (10 and 16), checking also that the
connecting pieces are appropriately engaged.

 • Open the upper ends of the circle (right and left) by using the pushes
and assemble the liners (11, 12, 14, 15).

• To disassemble, open the upper part of the circle and perform the
operations described in reverse order.
