Al Zamil Metal Works Factory is largely responsible for the Tank manufacturing for the
prestigious SAUDI ARAMCO and preparation of drafts and other related work with time
projection into consideration and making sure the deadlines are met as per Saudi
Aramco standards. The organization is an ISO 9001 – 2000 certified & engaged in
Manufacture & Repairs of API 650 Storage tanks, Pressure Vessels, Chimney Stacks,
Gas Ducts and Steel structures & doing jobs for their clients. Other clients of this
organization are Luberef (Jeddah), Luberef (Yanbu), KJO (Khafji joint Operation) Al

involves preparation of all Quality related documents, correspondence and reports.
• Handling all secretarial functions like internal & external communication, dictation,
transcription, self-correspondence, processing of inward & outward mail, maintaining simple,

gages, vacuum gages and elcometers. Provide information to sites for timely calibration of
equipments.
• Filing of all documents as per ISO 9001 requirements.
• Assisting QC manager in internal and external ISO auditing.
• Arrange meetings with client personnel and support the QC manager with all necessary
documents. Draft Minutes-of –meeting and maintain records.
• Provide clerical assistance to QC engineers, Auditors and occasionally inter-department
managers.
• Follow-up with site engineers and supervisors for document approvals and inform QC
manager on submission of documents to clients.
