This is to inform all concerned that the duties of the following persons have been
rearranged as follows with immediate effect: -

1. Sri Pradip Roy:

a. Sanction and Maintenance of Leave and attendance register.
b. Periodical visit to Sand Bed No. 3 (at least 2 days).
c. Regular checking of cash deposit slip and reconciliation thereon.
d. Maintenance of impress account.
e. Allocation and deployment of duties of tax collectors etc.
2. Sri Indrajit Ojha:
a. Supervision on printing stationary. (Bills etc.)
b. Maintenance of daily collection register
c. To act as supervisor as per present practice
d. To act as in-charge in absence of Sri Pradip Roy
e. Any other job as would be required.
