Mishpat’im. Judgments.

Ex. 21: 1 – 24: 18.

I. In the previous Torah portion we were given the terms of the

Ketubah, the Wedding Contract, in the condensed form known as,
‘The 10 Commandments’. Clearly the first 4 relate to our
relationship with YHVH as husband, while the latter 6 reveal a
mirror that reflects how we should inter-relate to other members
of the Bridal Company! This Torah Portion called Mishpat’im –
Judgments, explains in greater detail the “Code of Conduct” that
is intended to govern the Remnant! We will examine in detail the
purpose of this “Code”.

First To The Numbers…

Mishpat’im is the 18th Torah portion of the year. 18 is the numerical value of
the Hebrew word, #2417, Chai, meaning, living, alive and also of #2398,
Chatah, a verb meaning to miss the mark, sin, which brings death. Ironically,
this is the message of the Torah – Wedding Contract; Life & Death, to honor
it brings life, to disavow – sin/death. 18 is written, 6+6+6, the triad of sixes
represented the relationship of Man with YHVH before the fall, now, it is the
standard of the Anti-Messiah! Thus, Mishpat’im infers both Cursing &
Blessing are relative to ones’ relationship with YHVH – obedience or rebellion
– they are separated by these ‘Judgments’. Deut. 30: 19, “today I set before
you life and death, blessing and cursing…”

Throughout Torah, the number ‘6’ is used to represent separation, division.

The 6th verse of Torah deals with the separation of the Waters. Water is a
euphemism for seminal fluid or seed, thus the verse implies the seed connected
with Light & the seed of Darkness must NOT MINGLE! Again, not
coincidentally, the 6th chapter of Genesis deals with the MINGLED SEED
AND THEIR SUBSEQUENT SEPARATION – DESTRUCTION!

*Note the Hebrew word for water, #4325, ‫ מים‬mayim, (only seen in its plural
form) shows the center letter Yod, the atom of creation, the building block or
DNA of all other letters, the spark of life, the Voice/WORD /YAHSHUA,
“suspended” between two Mem – The Waters of Creation, that are divided by
a firmament, #7549, ‫ רקיע‬raqiya`, a solid, surface, a membrane – hymen,
protecting the integrity of the womb! The root of raqiya, raqa, means to
stamp the foot, either in indignation or exultation (KEEPING A MUSICAL
TIME) The open Mem hinting at a womb no longer virtuous, while the closed
Mem has its secrets intact! The idea conveyed is one of a choice being offered,
life, death. The two-letter root stem is the Hebrew pronoun MI, meaning who?
It also happens to be the 3rd note of the diatonic or soffegio musical scale,
having an electrical frequency of 528, and referred to in Latin as ‘Mi-ra
gestorum, miracle. Stunningly, this exact frequency is used by genetic
biochemists, to REPAIR BROKEN DNA! Since our bodies are 90 % water,
the language of YHVH spoken or sung – released into the womb – ear, will
change our physiological makeup, causing us to vibrate in response.

Cymatics is the study of the relationship between sound, frequency, vibration

and the manifestation of physical matter - creationism, planetary solar
systems being created by the voice, the sound, the Word of God. For example,
when you sing the letters of the Hebrew alphabet on a voice monitor which
relays the frequencies and vibrates a plate containing metal filings or sand,
the sand vibrates into the shape of those letters. Singing or speaking Aleph,
Beth, Dalet will cause the frequency patterns of those letters to form on the
plate. So Hebrew was determined to be a spiritually perfect language. Each of
these tones vibrate in combinations of 3 – 6 – 9. Mi specifically in 6, which is
best suited in electromagnetic technologies for separating WATER
MOLECULES! Which contains the Seed!!!

Now you know why Zeph. 3:9 is important!

This corruption of the Seed line results in the bondage of Adam and Eve to the
flesh. However, we’re told in Gen. 6:3 that length of bondage will be 120
(jubilee) years – 120 x 50 = 6000. Afterward, the Slaves will be released; this is
seen in Ex. 21: 1 – 6. Thus, the pattern is first seen in Adam & Eve who sell
themselves to Satan and are slated for release shortly, their 6 days – 6000years
at hand!

Now to the Hebrew…

Now these [are] the judgments which thou shalt set before them.

ֶׁ ‫שָּפִטים ֲא‬
ְׁ ‫ְואֵֶּלה ַהִּמ‬

• Mishpa’tim, #4941, ‫טים‬

ִ ‫שָּפ‬
ְׁ ‫מ‬
ִּ translated as judgments
or right rulings. The root word here is shaphat, a verb
showing the action of this word. The original intent is that of
setting up, to erect, to stand something upright as in raising
a flag or banner. The premise is that of calling attention to
who or what is being judged. A clue to this answer is found
bracketing this word – the Hebrew letter Mem. The Mem
although connected to chaos and water, can also represent
the womb. On one end we have an ‘open mem’ depicting
knowledge revealed, a womb that has been exposed, while
the end has a closed womb, indicating hidden treasures, its’
virginity intact. The object of these judgments is to
transform a Compromised Womb, belonging to the
Adulterous Bride into the Virtuous Womb of a Bethulah!

Here we see the pattern of Genesis being revealed! YHVH is about to manifest
the Word – which judges, suspend HIM between two Mem, upon Mt. Sinai,
which should be translated “Learned Man” and as He – Messiah - sings these
words, the Nature of the one who hears will be changed! This visible display of
the Word of YHVH will set things right in those who will hear. Mountain in
Hebrew is har, adding the ‘ah’ suffix changes it to “the condition of being
pregnant”.

• Set, #7760, ‫ שומה‬suwm, to set, place, and again – to set

something erect, upright. It is also used to indicate a
charging of someone, as where a man charged his wife with
premarital sex. Deut. 22:14. It becomes clear that YHVH is
allowing the penalty for Adultery to be paid by another
(Messiah) yet, He is placing before Israel the choice to
conduct themselves as is fitting the Bride of the King of
Creation. To change the DNA, their nature. To support this,
we notice a total of 24 letters in the above verse. 24, is a
multiple of 12, the number of governmental perfection! It
 also has the number 6 as a factor, representing the years
allocated to man’s rule of the earth, the Curse subjecting
both to bondage. However, on the 4th Day, 4000th year (4x6
=24) One who is able to rule righteously appears! 6 also
again, connects us to the MI – Mem, note!

Additionally, we have shown the same pattern is seen in the Heavens. The
Zodiac being comprised of 12 constellations spanning 30 degrees each making
a total of 360 degrees – one full circle – The 240th degree is represented by the
Constellation of Sagittarius, the Archer, whose sign tells of; “The Gracious
Being riding forth to conquer the enemy”. This is fulfilled completely in Rev.
6:2. The month associated with this sign is the 9th month of Kislev, the month
we celebrate Chanukah, the Light of the World introduced into the earth. It is
the month of Benjamin, the Son of the Right Hand, (THE YOD) who rules!
*Note the number 9, again, 3,6,9, are the most powerful vibration numbers,
associated with healing, miracles, birthing, life!

It is interesting to look at the Gematria of shaphat, = 9 + 80 + 300) ‫שפט‬

389) it happens to be the same as Bein ha’erevim – between the evenings, the time
appointed for the evening sacrifice! The time of Creations’ greatest judging!
When? At the time the YOD is suspended between the Mem, the waters of heaven
and earth, The Branch is cast into the LIVING WATER again resonating with the
Voice of YHVH who stamps the earth with His feet (Ex. 19: 19 – 20) we see a
future fulfillment in Matt. 27: 50 – 51. Yahshua cries with a loud voice and the
Veil rents, earth quakes, rocks are split! While who is standing there? Mary
Magdalene the Former Rebellious Adulteress!

Mirror relationships.

II. This next verse (Ex. 21:2) begins, “If you buy a Hebrew servant…”

‫עְבִרי‬
ִ ‫עֶבד‬
ֶ ‫תְקֶנה‬
ִ ‫ִּכי‬Ki tikneh eved ivri. Here, YHVH is
showing Israel, though bought with a price (1Cor. 6:20) His intent
is to not treat them as slaves [like their former master] and thus,
their servants should also be treated in like manner. However,
let’s look somewhat further…

Why? Because He qualifies those who are to be treated this way.

 • Hebrew, #5680, ‫ עברי‬Ivriy, one who crossed over. Literally,
one who stands opposite, in opposition – to what, whom? The
Rebellious One.
• Servant, #5650, ‫` עבד‬ebed, an obedient servant.

An obedient servant is one who stands in opposition to the Rebellious One, one
who has ‘crossed over’. Narrowing the group treated as such. Both rebellious
and obedient are represented as the Waters of the Womb, separated by the
YOD, the Hand of YHVH, the Torah of Creation.

*Note the same two-letter root stem, Ayin – Bet. #5645, ‫` עב‬ab. This word is an
architectural term meaning threshold, steps, as in going up to a porch (altar).
It also conveys the meaning of covering. This connects us to the verse
immediately preceding this Torah portion. Ex. 20: 26 Neither shalt thou go
up by steps unto mine altar, that thy nakedness be not discovered
thereon. It is for this reason our first verse begins with a conjunction – Ve
Eleh, ‘now these’ or ‘for this reason’, ‘on account of this’. The term
nakedness, #6172, ‫` ערוה‬ervah, is the same used for uncovering the nakedness,
or bed of ones’ father (Noah, David, Jacob, etc.) and also the term for
physically being defiled – Niddah! If you look at the Hebrew letters left after
using the Ayin – Bet, you have, Resh – The Chief One, Yod – showing
possession, my, mine, & Dalet – door, entrance, womb. Thus, the Brides
Nakedness was supposed to be for “MY CHIEF ONE, HER NAKEDESS -
THE DOORWAY TO THE WOMB!” The idea conveyed is that of the Bride
becoming the PRIESTHOOD, those who SERVE.
The next word, discovered, #1540, ‫ גלה‬galah, means to uncover, to make bare,
as in taking away one’s hair to expose the EAR – revealing something secret.

This word galah, reminds us of hearing – ears. John 18:10 tells us of Simon
Peter, “The Rock who Hears”, cutting off the ear – the ability to hear the
secret intimate things – of Malchus, (Heb. Malchut – Kingdom), the high
priest’s servant. Because of the idolatrous condition of Israel, their nakedness
was uncovered, the hearing ear had been cut off, the secrets of the Kingdom
and those who serve had been cut off. We couldn’t hear the Vibration of the
Healing, Restoring, Miraculous, DNA changing Hebrew Words that would
stir the dead stagnant waters – the dead womb of the Adulterous Bride, to life
again! Yahshua restored our hearing!
This same word galah, is the root of Golgotha, which means, to roll, a circle,
round [like the skull]. Thus, at this place, Yahshua restores our Secret Place,
the place of hearing, receiving seed, making an adulterous bride, virtuous
again!

What we allow in our ears, enters the womb of the mind – being seed, it can
expose our heart (the secret place) to the enemy and make us guilty of
spiritual adultery.

Israel, coming out of Egypt, was unclean, having been Niddah for 430 years; this
Parsha is relating details of how to achieve that ritual and spiritual purity necessary
for the Bride to be changed by hearing the Word of YHVH – Rom. 10:17.

Interestingly, the gematria of the Ayin – Bet (70 + 2) = 72, the same as the
Hebrew word ‘Chesed’, #2617, indicating the kindness, mercy and love of
YHVH extended to us! But, it also reminds us of 6 x 12, (6, the fallen man, 12,
the kingdom) the mingled seed of the fallen Adam cannot inherit the kingdom.
1Cor. 15:50. However, the Vav, the humbled one (6) redeems us! The musical
frequency of the Word, can change the Mem – waters, although bitter from
our rebellious – adulterous ways, they can be sweetened, made alive again. Ex.
15:25. YHVH showed Moshe a tree, which when he cast it into the waters, the
waters were made sweet.

• Shewed, #3384, ‫ ירה‬yarah, to throw, cast, the root of Torah.

It can also mean – TO SEND OUT THE HAND – YOD!
(Yod, the hand of the Chief one, is revealed).

• Tree, #6086, ‫` עץ‬ets, tree, wood, staff, BONES, SPINE.

• Cast, #7993, ‫ שלך‬shalak, to hurl, fling, from #7944, Sal, a

grievous sin unto death.

When the Yod – Hand, Word of YHVH was suspended on the Tree and
cast into the waters, the dead waters were made Sweet – the womb alive
again! There, He made them a statute and an ordinance forever!
