National Institute of Tourism &

Hospitality Management
NITHM, The National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management established
in 2004 as a sector specific institute for education in the field of
Tourism and hospitality management, jointly by the ministry of tourism,
Govt. of India and Government of Andhra Pradesh.

NITHM is located in a 26- acre sprawling campus in Gachibowli, the hub of


Hyderabad education and IT business district.

About NITHM
The Institution endeavours to become the apex
body nationally, to provide education, training,
research and consultancy extending to all the
sectors of the industry for holistic development.

Formally inaugurated by UPA chief Mrs. Sonia


Gandhi on 16th March 2005, the institute
currently offers 2yrs MBA & 4yrs BBA Degree
courses.

often seen as a burden on their parents, and are experiencing mental depression
and frustration.
-To ensure equal opportunities, protection of rights, and creation of a positive
environment for the full participation of persons with disabilities in all the areas
of social life.

EXECUTION OF THE EVENT

- Facilitate the ground operations


- On spot registration
- Distributing T-shirts to the registered members on the day of event
- Flagging of the event by the V.I.P.
- Water stations at specific intervals in the course of event
- Continuous backup of safety & security by the concerned authorities(ambulance
& police officials), during the entire course of the event
- Stage to be set up at the terminating point (in the institute campus)
- Presentation of Funds to the NGO by the Chief Guest
- A brief speech to be delivered by the chief guest and sponsors
- Vote of thanks
- Food & Beverage counters: tea / coffee / juice (Optional)
Post Event Activities
-Settlement of accounts

-Clean-up work to be done (removing banners, disposal of water bottles)

-A brief letter to the sponsors describing the acceptance of gratitude
