Project Details:

Project # 1:

Reliance Life Insurance

Role: Documentum Deavelopment and Administration

Description:
 This project basically involved setting up the development environment for
documentum. Users, groups and ACL’s were managed through the governing
docbases. The administration jobs were managed for consistency checking and
maintaining the docbase and applied security base on various policy level of documents.
The environment was set on Unix (Solaries) environment. Main involvement is done at
docbase Migration and WDK customization for Ease of Use. Excellent file store
restructuring is done at file system.

Technology: WebTop, Documentum Application Builder and Composer, Document DFC, Documentum
Administrator, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, DHTML, API.

Responsibilities:

 Docbase Migration from 5.3sp2 to 6.5sp1.

 Administrative tasks to be done like maintaining Users and Groups,

monitoring Jobs and methods etc

 Search and Advanced Search Components Customization.

 Worked on production support.

 LDAP integration in 5.3 and 6.5

 Created new dar by importing artifacts from existing repository to apply with new repository at

Zenith Insurance
Role: Documentum Support
Description:
This project basically involved setting up the development environment for
documentum. Involved in setting up the content Server and the federation involving
governing docbase and member docbases. Users, groups and ACL’s were managed
through the governing docbases. The administration jobs were managed for consistency
 checking and maintaining the docbases. The environment was set on Windows
environment. Installed various docapp’s to set the object types, life cycle and workflows
and methods corresponding to each docbase.

Technology: Documentum, WebTop, Documentum Application Builder, Document Workflow Manager,

DFC, Documentum Administrator, Desktop Client, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, DHTML, API.

Responsibilities:

Advance Transformation Services.

Project # 3:

Kofax-Citi Financial

Role: Documentum Developer

Description: The purpose of this project is to reduce the labor costs by migrating a part of LSC
operations, thus enhancing the costperformance.

As LSC is increasingly migrating their operational processes to Dalian to achieve cost

sevings the restriction on sending hard copies of the documents to dalian is the problem
they are facing now. However, with this system inh place, such a bottleneck will be
removed and the process migration to Dalian will be further promoted, which will lead to
better cost performance

Responsibilities:

International Tours and Traveling.

Description:

The objective of this project is to automate the airline ticketing system of a

domestic airline in the and log details about customers based on their destination and
travel details. Plan appropriate time schedule for a substantial information management
project. Adequately determine project/user requirements in relation to the service that is
developed. Develop a product or service for a defined use. Prepare appropriate
product/service documentation. Prepare and present project/user requirements (as
determined for 2 above). An authorized administrator would be allowed to use this
application, only through proper validation of a username and a password Prepare and

Project # 5:

Mobile Top up Solutions System

Role: Developer
Description:

This functional component provides services through a web interface. It caters

for administration and management of the e-Top Up service. The call center web services
will be used by a group of Administrators, who can be call center
Administrators/Management officers. Various modules exist to cater to different
functionalities. They are as such
Dealer Module: It Consists of Dealer Registration, Update Profile, Activate Service,
De-activate Service, Check Account Balance, and Check Transaction History.

Administrative Module: It Consists of Administrative User Login, Create Administrative User, Activate
Administrative User, De- Activate Administrative User, Grant/Revoke Screen Access, Change Password.

Reports Module: It consists of detailed sales Report, Monthly sales Report, Consolidated sales Report
and Dealer Credit History.
