Business View –
Maintaining and Supporting NORSE and CCF (Contact Centre Framework is a Microsoft Product used in VF-UK ).
Both of the applications are used by over 2000 agents every day, considered as business critical for Client. Our team is
rated as 4.5 out of 5 by Client.
Technical View –
Third level Application Maintenance and Code level changes are being handled by our team. Windows based production
environment.
Business View –
The Norse is an end to end system that provides TBYB (Try Before You Buy) service to Vodafone. It is a lead to cash
application that helps in converting prospective customer to permanent.
Technical View –

The application includes complete Order processing lifecycle with integration to core systems of Vodafone.
Project is executed under Agile SCRUM Methodology.
Business View –
According to US insurance laws 5010 will be a compulsory mandate for all insurance companies, This POC was aimed
for Pre-Sales to demonstrate our capabilities to Client and propose a new solution.
Technical View –
Developed a prototype, to demonstrate the ability to replace the existing eGate system used as a Messaging System with
BizTalk Server and also convert the incoming HIPAA 4010 formatted messages into HIPAA 5010 standards.
Developed the Maps for transforming messages from 4010 to 5010 standards.
Developing schemas to validate the incoming messages against Client specific requirements
Developing Adapter and Pipelines required for sending the modified messages to their Legacy system
known as Facet.
The project is to implement an online community for the interaction for associates within different projects and share
their best practices followed by them individually. The project very critical as it focuses on bridging gap with in
organization and prevents re-inventing the wheel by developer who are working on similar problems.
Technical View –
The aim was to use rich UI controls using advanced libraries like jquery and Ajax components. It provides feel good
interface with widgets and avatars. The forum was integrated with internal intranet sites. Web services were used to get
details about associates/forum members.
The NPS is a major upgrade and migration of the existing project used by Nav Prerna, an NGO run by the blind
employees in New Delhi. The up-gradations basically cover the following:
a) Providing a Voice Support in order to make the deliverable operational with blind employees.
b) Enhance the existing database in order to capture more records for analysis.
c) Designing an enriched website with the role based logins.
