Attached is a copy of her warrant of arrest and various cases she must face on trial in the
Philippines or probably here in USA because I know she must have forged other documents by
placing the word "NO" to her pending cases in the Philippines so to get away from trial and
WARRANT OF ARREST AND THE worst she was given working VISA despite she is to face a
Licensed revocation for case of dishonesty , possible tampering of documents (forgery) and many
others.

She has illegally accumulated Philippine Government Tax payers money to corrupt million of
pesos to her dishonesty and forgery for almost six years. She probably lied to embassy official in
Manila to escape proscecution. And she is staying somewhere in Miami Florida despite the family
of the complainants suffer pain and agony until now (mother and sister who are in the Philippines)
and also hardships because of being harrashed , also secret assassination and ambushed as
described by my friend who was able to seek refuge also in American soil.

This is just to inform your office to track the whereabouts (because of your office linkages in
MIAMI,FLORIDA) of the said person despite this person who informed you might be a
whistleblower or a good citizen. Because failure to report such crime he did in the Philippine and
Possible future crime she did before and after entering the USA is also a penalty...(interpoI
philippine is no good thats why I intent to (give your office a copy before the Interpol Philippines
will issue a decade from now WARRANT OF ARREST) I was one of the victim of Inspector Jane
Arcangel aside from the complainant David Maano Tumbali who resides also here in the United
States. I complaint not for victim compensation..nevertheless soon people will also flock to your
office to have a testament of their grievances concerning Inspector Jane Arcangel and I doubt in
God's plan Mr. Tumbali who was the igniter of this complain may sure be happy to know that the
United States is not a better refuge for this respondent who until now cause Mr. Tumbali family
hatred from long waiting ..The Government did not gave her good exit or voluntary resignation,
they gave Mr. Tumbali the benefit of ignorance and it is not the benefit of the doubt..good he was
able to survive the embarasshment and threat from his superior because her wife rescued him
from Jane Arcangel conspirators and matter of fact Jane Arcangels accesories to the crime was
also being questioned until now.

I hope office who receive this message will check the status of forgery or dishonesty commited by
Inspector Jane Arcangel not only the decision having made from the ombudsman and Regional
Trial Court in the Philippines but her entry to the United States. I believe in the saying its better to
act now then wait later because when the Twin Tower 911 exploded there are already warning
signals to arrest and solve those crime that are pending. In the eyes of God Mr. Tumbali survive
waiting the Philippine Justice for almost three years and I believe in America the crime of Jane
Arcangel can only be resolve for three days.

other technicalities of Inspector Arcangel are the following:

1. did she able to get Ombudsman clearance and NBI clearance showing she was cleared to go
out
2. in the form DS 230 ofr what ever form she fill up before the US visa been released did she put
NO or Yes to the pending cases he served
3. did the hospital she worked now knows that she has pending cases and her license my be
revoked anytime before and after the case will be heard in the Philippine soil
4. do in the future despite the case of Jane Arcangel was done in the Philippines and Mr Tumbali
file a compensation despite they are both here in the United States but for the sake of moral
damages can Mr. Tumbali get a compensation despite the US Government allowed Jane
Arcangel to work and the complainant was desperate because for the years he was given an
AWOL without fair and justice made they even destroyed his job.
5. How about the background check on the hospital she works did he lied she had a pending
case of criminal and administrative?

Hoping such action of these office will resolve the mystery of Inspector Jane Bartolome
Arcangel ..to my friend Mr. Tumbali hoping this letter will make his family happy if the
Government will act as soon as possible to deport Inspector Jane Bartolome Arcangel to give
due to the people she hurt specially the family of Mr. Tumbali and other complainant who will
have courage to show as soon Mr. Tumbali will get the exact fairness...other complainant were
ranging from Fire Officer 1 to Fire Officer three...these people were transfered and being remove
from their offices also from service to save being witness to the crime of Jane Arcangel.

Addendum:

I know your office have link to other Department..the full name of Inspector Arcangel is Inspector
Jane Bartolome Arcangel...a warrant of arrest have been made recently December 14, 2010 and
I dont know because this letter was already in full action I have doubt if the Prosecution have
made an alibi to postponed or cancel their communication to your office because they might think
of bargaining or using Jane Arcangel Protection Money..I'am writing you this to sent signal to the
hospital administration to Inform them the status of this respondent aside from your office.

I still believe despite I did not write my name for security reason..reporting a crime as
well under US laws are mandatory and any citizen who acted as whistleblower could
somehow save lives and properties and In the Philippines a whistleblower are killed
instantly..and I know hearing the arrest of Jane Arcangel and facing a trial on the Board
of Nursing will make my peace of mind as well as those friends whon in another way
contributed a penny to use an internet so to access your office and we will just monitor
what are the office actions in three days..the victim family of Inspector Jane Arcangel
such as Tumbali suffered so much pain , agony ans persecution, embarasshment...He was
removed from office without a fair trial...Inspector jane enjoyed being protected since the
victims did not receive any salary till her wife fetch her in the philippines and feed her
and enrolled him to Kaplan College to start a new life...now Mr. Tumbali after three
years he finally was glad that those tragic fears and nightmares of assasination and
embarashhment from the collaborators of Inspector Arcangel was finally resolve...and
now Tumbali will somehow must attain full justice in accordance to USA laws..because
Inspector Jane Bartolome Arcangel bougt justice in the Philippines...
Inspector Jane Bartolome Arcangel was recently being track working at Miami , Florida.
she was able to delete her account on facebook including his husband account but
fortunately My friends and I was able to track two of her facebook buddies working at
KENDALL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER , MIAMA, FLORIDA...hope the
Florida Board of Nursing will check into this hospital if she is still connected
there....attached is the WARRANT OF ARREST OF INSPECTOR JANE
ARCANGEL ...THE ARREST/SUMMON/SUBPOENA IS PEOPLE OF THE
PHILIPPINES VS INSPECTOR JANE ARCANGEL......address of the hospital -

her friendster and facebook account when is still active she is working on that
hospital....
