2 Getting offers from all buying & merchandising sub functions for in-store or outdoor
monthly promotion communication

3 Coordination with in-store Media communication agency to communicate promotion


offers on the in-store screens

4 Releasing zone wise leaflets, press ads & radio communication

5 Manage monthly schemes operations with zones especially promotion gifts with legal
documentation

6 Releasing new store outdoor activity artworks & compiling reports with new store
announcements

7 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):


i) Core member of CSR committee - Developing CSR campaigns for the month
ii) Executing CSR activities pertaining to Environment, Health & Safety, Community,
Welfare across stores & at zonal offices
8 Updating guard book

Visual Merchandising

Function 1: Planning

A) New stores:
i- Sight visits for measurements
ii- Making BOQ of VM elements like - Prints, materials, POP for the new store

B) Existing stores:
i-Making VM events calendar for the year/month
ii-Training calendars
iii-Develop an effective VM team for the brand
iv-Update VM Manual, Artwork Library
v-Ordering VM fixtures & supply it to stores/zones
vi-Visit at least 6 stores per month & make a report
vii-Visit competition stores & make a report

Function 2: Conceptualization
1-Understand needs of category & operations with Planning team
2-Develope New thematic creative concepts for every event in the store
3-Prototyping - Developing New POP elements for the stores.
4-Create a mock store & take approvals for the execution
5-Develope new ideas for new store

Function 3: Signage & Graphics/Designing


1-Designing VM elements as per requirements
2-Design & Sending monthly VM dockets to the zones for execution
3-Design VM Manual, Artwork Library
4-Market research - Identifying new VM elements/props for the event
5-Sending Templates/complete signages to the zones
6- Design artworks/Adaptation of existing artworks for the new stores

Function 4: Execution
1-Ensuring VM standards are followed across all the stores - through VM audits
2-Training - Educating retail staff about the visual concepts
3-Developing vendors
4-Executing VM monthly plan as per docket sent to the zones
5-Collating monthly reports & event reports
6-Ensure VM fixtures & POP materials supplied to the stores on time

Function 5: Accounts
1-Budgeting: & managing the VM spends as per budget.
2-Maintain records: VM stationary, POP materials, New store opening set
3-VM Stock Audit & Inventory management
4-Clearing vendor payments on time
