this is the report which right is not reserve. Its main aim
is that we are those who always follow a premeditated line
but “Sun-Shine” think in other way because they want
some change and want to innovate the things so may be
all of you see that things first time. So part of this report
may be followed but we set a trend here, So all of you
look this trend which is set by us or by following us to set

This report purpose in only that we remember our past because it is very nice that you
remember your past. And other reason that we improve our skill to innovative the things
as well as the member of “Sun-Shine” thinks that when student come in high degree class
they face different problem so we hope that by sharing that report they are able to make a
clear mind and they are save to make major mistake in the high class.

This report is in different with other kinds of report and may be first in this type and this
kind of activity improves our skill and ability and we feel confidence that we can do any
kind of activity with confidence. The idea comes very late because if this idea comes
early than we collect more data like our every presentation picture and something else’s.
and time are also very less.

The report’s purpose is only innovate the things and collection of past memory so “Sun-
Shine” hope that these report become not cause of any one. If any sentence of this word is
become cause of worry or insult of anyone, we sorry for them in advance.

Because we pass out from the university so we are not able to collect final word about
“Sun-Shine” group of our teacher and friends. But from the available data we can say that
we tried our level best.

History:
Sun-Shine group was established in the second semester of the class in organization
Behavior assignment and presentation and after that it continue till the complete of the
degree. And it is very good that in that period no dispute has occurred and the result is
even very fine in the shape of good presentation with good assignment and as well as
satisfactory result in the examination and grow our ability and skill through out that time.

In the beginning the name is “Sun-Rise” but when one time it rise its name has changed
by Miss Uzma Malik to “Sun-Shine” and till the end the group shine very well. So it
describe that the member of “Sun-Shine” act according to the name.

We give very tuff time to the class fellow especially in presentation and as well as
assignment. And we are proud that we do not compromise in any situation because some
other group give an opportunity where every things should be disclosed before time even
when other group do not succeed in their aim about compromise they want to pressurize
other but the member of “Sun-Shine” shine like sun in this moment also.

Our every presentation is very good according to the teacher but we proud on our last
presentation of “Financial Accounting” because in this presentation the competition is
much tuff because in this presentation every group keep 8 members in their group and
there is serious adjustment also. Even our instructor notes the overall things and said the
word of “Presentation Fixing”. But “Sun-Shine” again shows their class that even they
are not involve in presentation fixing, they put an excellent result.

Achievement:
 Miss Uzma Malik get high mark in “Accounting” semester one with the marks of
90 and Miss Saima Malik get second position with the marks of 88.
 Muhammad Zainul Abedin gets second position in the “Business Mathematics”
and “Statistic” with the marks of 95and 94 respectively.
 The attendance and class participation in the university in front of all.
 Rameez Ahmed is well known from the semester one as a “Computer
Specialist” in the class.
 Sun-Shine get value able G.P. from 1st semester till the last semester.
 Sun-Shine group always ready to give presentation as quickly possibly.
 In the report of “Letter of Credit” 1st, 2nd and 3rd position comes from the Sun-
Shine group with the marks of 20, 19 and 18 respectively.
 Sohail Khan take permission from 4 banks in the assignment of “Letter of
Credit” and other member visit to all bank and get value able information.

She is the founder of the group and she is always including in remarkable student due to

the library and out side the library regarding commerce

She is the chairperson of the group and has the following distinguish things

 Take no pressure and if any body wanted to pressurize then have the ability to
pressurize others.
 Known as the person who asks the question more as compare to others in the
presentation.

 Known as the first person who leaves quickly leave the university after the class.

4) Sohail Khan:
Sohail khan is Minister of Foreign Affairs and has the following habit

 He is expert in taking permission from organization for the purpose of outfield.

 He is the person who done the necessary work of out door.
 Interest in learning process and get value able knowledge.

He is Minister of Information Technology in the group

As a Group

As a group “Sun-Shine” takes advantage from this distinguish qualities and become
united in one platform. These platform provide them to learn other person qualities and as
well as become the cause of success as group.

In group all member done his/ her role and for the purpose of succeeded we work on the
basis of specialization and even rotation policy. Through specialization every member
main focus on their distinguish skill like which person is expert in searching from net so

its jobs is searching from net and who is expert in computer skill so he is doing the work
of designing the report and other person collect it and complete in the shape of the report.
But when work is more and even we think that every body should improve his/ her ability
in other sector so all member also work keeping the concept of rotation policy. So in this
manner we are able to do all kind of work. Now at the end all members are able in almost
all the relevant field. So that is the reason why when they made assignment on “Letter of
Credit” individually there report result is very good because they have developed all the
skill which is the requirement to grow and made a very good report.

Story of 2 Year
We remember that what is we before two years and now we are. Before two years we
have less ability especially in concept. It is not true that before two years we did not
know any thing but it is 100% percent right that we are lacking by concept vise e.g. in
Accounting concept, because before that our main focus on solution of accounting
problem.
In improving our skill and ability we are specially thanks of our teacher. Especially Sir
Shafi Azad is that instructor which instructs us from first day to the last day of University
life. The respectable teacher lectures become cause of developing and improvement in
concept. He always said to us “Read as much as possible”. And it is fact that “Sun-Shine”
tried their level best to follow our respectable teacher golden words.
Sir Mumtaz gives also assignment and presentation which provides us not only
theoretical but also gives us practical exposure. We always fulfill the requirement of
respectable teacher because when sir give assignment on “Letter of Credit” with
necessary document of Letter of Credit then “Sun-Shine” visit the four bank and learn a
lot of value able things from there and in the end our report is very good.
Sir Nabeel joins Federal Urdu University in the 3rd semester but he also provides us a lot
of knowledge in finance. His lecture become cause of clear concept and held us to
improve our kill and ability.
Sir Najum, Sir Masood Maskoor, Sir Faroque, Sir Sajid Chohan and Madam Nazia also
provide us the basic and updated information. The entire student especially the member
of Sun-Shine is very thanks full to our respectable teacher so we arrange a “Teacher
Regard” Part for them.

It is fact that some other group is also very good but the reason that “Sun-Shine” Group
are perform well due to the following reason, Which is very helpful for the coming new
faces.

 Over Confidence and lack of confidence is the reason of failure, no matter who is
against in you always tried your level best, succeeded is waiting for you.
 Work hard
 Do not waste you time
 Take part in your work with heart and soul not take as a burden on yourself.
 Think positive
 Do not speak more then needed, so on that day you started speak with solid basis
all of your opposition on the back foot.
 Listen more to others with carefully and act on after the judgment what is right or
wrong and ignore the wrong things because in the life some people are met by
you who only want to complete their satisfaction.
 Follow the Islamic rule and regulation

The reason that our presentation is very good especially in account that we are not over
confidence and not we have lack of confidence as well as we follow the above
characteristic so this become cause of a very good presentation and we are very hope full
that these are also very helpful for not only us but all the body who follow it.

Our performance is all presentation is according to the standard due to the fact that every
member performs his role in the best manner.

If any body asks with us that which is the presentation in the group then our answers is
that Presentation on Financial Reporting and Analysis is the best one. For that we chose
“Hino Pak Motors Limited” and learn a lot of knowledge from them. For asking the
management decision which is taken by Hino Pak Motors Limited we meet with Mr.
Ahsan Waseem Akhater who is the accounting and reporting manager and he receives the
best corporate report award so it is very good for us that we meet such person in our
university life. We are very happy when we meet him because the management allows us
after so many hard works but when meet him all the hard work come with great result.

 Good Friend

All members are trying their best that their role in family and with friends should be
excellent one. So in this way our all members or at least one or two members must
participate in every program of university e.g. when picnic is held in 4 th semester 2
members; Rameez Ahmed and Soahil Khan is the part of that university because other 3
members are very busy at that time.

Here is some example of good relationship of the “Sun-Shine” members with friends and
teachers.

Future Plan

Sohail Khan, Muhammad Zain-Ul-Abedin and Rameez Ahmed first priority is job and
after some adjustment Zain and Rameez want to PhD. While Miss Uzma Malik and Miss
Saima Malik want they complete MBA. While Sohail Khan is going to his home city
Quetta and then after getting job more plan should be made.

By looking our ability we are sure that we progress in the future because we have require
ability and skill with courage and zeal in our work but we are also depressed with the
economy and political condition because inflation rate and unemployment are reach at
very alarming position.

But “Sun-Shine” group always hope for a better future with positive thinking that sooner
all things should be good.

Conclusion

In short we can say that “Sun-Shine” perform very well in all the relevant task and by
looking with human eye we can say that Insha Allah all the member of “Sun-Shine” get
succeeded in the future as well as they shine in the university.
